Great sequence, really well put together. It just feels compressed and a bit rushed for an evening flow. Not sure if it's the speed or the way it's explained, but I was left in a calm yet stressed/alarmed state, felt mechanical at times. Breath rate to match the flow is a bit high, I believe. Leaving this here as a reminder to try it out on 0.75, definitely coming back to find out how to best adjust for my specific needs.

Thank you for posting this bedtime flow, Deborah. Very relaxing. I'm feeling the post-yoga bliss after all those twists and folds. You have a lovely rythm to your instruction, and I really enjoyed how you out this practice together. The open hip variation of lizard felt so good and I always love the side to side rocking after supine twists. Beautiful channel. Namaste. 🙏

330 pounds my weight before I`ve used the yoga book "Yοmzοzο Kena" (google it). I could not have enough sleep and my blood pressure is not normal (very high). The material is straightforward to comprehend and it`s friendly as well. It`s such a gift to have this book. .
Im sorry but this is rather rushed than relaxing. I wanted to finish it and then peacefully fall asleep but I had to stop and give you this feedback. I loved your nidra yoga though.
This is great! Please consider removing the music, though, so that we can only hear your mic - that frees us up to put on our own music and get the best audio mix possible.
You are the best! Wish you would do more videos Deborah. I have tried many yoga sets but yours are my absolute favorites.
