The original version of this song holds a *lot* of memories and emotions for me, so I tend to be very critical of any attempt to cover it. But this version is remarkable. Powerful. Totally evokative of the original and yet also very unique. When the bowed instrument came in (I'm sorry, I don't know what it's called) it soared in the same way that Art Garfunkle's voice soars, and I stopped breathing so I could hear it better. Just beautiful.
I love the way Nini introduces old hits to new generations.

This has changed a lot for me. The Hu track was at the end of a list of music I didn't know much about. So I hit D/L. It is part of a mix. My download window scrolls about 15 feet now.
