Now theres a great family with talent, hidden from the world for generations and you've just shown us all around the world. Long may it continue........ Thanks...
What a fantastic family operated firm, sounds very similar to someone who published this vidja!!!! 😉 The woodworking was great, some clever creations and puzzles!! Can tell you were humbled to receive the bowl too !!! Good to get the whole family together for dinner, we do the same here most Sundays at the in laws !!! 😋😋😋 And yes, I'm still smiling too..... a smile makes the day much more bearable for all 😁🇬🇧
This video was totally awesome Wade, this was great because you spent more time with them thanks for sharing and also the family for allowing you to film.
Wow! What a great video tour of this amazing creative artist. The man is incredible. And you are incredible Wade for another great video. You got it all here. Clear understandable audio, interesting variety, great content, clear camera work, and as always, your authentic personality. Wrap it all together and you give your viewers magical entertainment. Thank you!
Hey tater, loved the tour. I was 8 maybe 9 years old when my grandpa told me, you gotta learn to drive might as well be today. I learned to drive on a 1952 8n Ford.
Thanks Wade!👍 I thoroughly enjoyed the whole video and can't wait to watch it again tomorrow. What an awesome mill setup and toolbox full of skills this group of men have!😮
Truly enjoyed the video. As you probably thought, sawmill could use a little better housekeeping. The wood working was a treat! The old tractors brought back memories of my dad, as a youngster, on our Ford Ferguson 8N., 1947 model he bought in 1948, the same year I was born.
There is nothing more important than family. What a great one you met today and what an ingenious and clever men. Brilliant video Logger Wade - thank you heaps.
What an amazing man! I would love to spend time with him in his wood shop! I bet you would learn so much more then just wood working! Thank you Wade for sharing!
These types of videos you do are my absolute favorites! Just think of all the hours and thought he puts into those projects. Those are definitely projects of pride and love! Like that bowl he gave you, that simple gift is worth so much more than an expensive bought gift because it came from his own hands. Awesome vidja Wade!
Thanks for making and sharing this video, it’s a true treasure. Someone should do a full documentary on the creativity and history of that family. Wishing you and your family the best.
Awesome day trip, Wade it kinda looked like you were having a good time. Very interesting tour, not only the mill but also the personal stuff. Thanks to them for sharing with us.
I loved the toys! I made a truck and step deck with a skidder for my first born . It's still around somewhere here . My grandson now plays with . It's ALL about the FAMILY. Thanks for the amazin vid Wade 😊👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Looks like a nice Wood Mizer mill set up. I used 2 haul 18 foot "Mat Logs" up by Ashland WI, when the tie/lumber markets were lower. But it was 150miles one way. Wish there wuz a "Mat Mill" closer by. U cant even find used mats, in our area.
One of the few Woodmizer saw mills that is efficient and not painful to watch and a real salt of the earth family there as well. May god Truely bless them and make them a blessing

I work in both a sawmill and a planer mill in Solon Maine. We saw primarily hard maple, we also saw Red Oak, Ash, and Yellow Birch. Mostly 4/4 occasionally thicker. Red Oak by far is the hardest going wood we process especially when it's frozen.
In this video you to show the new and old time. It Beginn with great wood trunk the sawmill with best machinery and then the wood turner his product. Then the little machine park and to last original old machine. I can see you a many side man. Greeting 🇦🇹
I could not imagine what it would be like on that old steam traction engine....it had to be one bloody hot dog day of summer now....so did i hear him say that instead of boiling the water was on a injection set up ? Or did it inject into the boiler with a float style valve ? To maintain water for steam production..?
