Hi there, First things to check should be the air intake sensors and egr valve. They need proper cleaning periodically. Secondly check the turbo and related pipes for leaks(boost leaks).

Hi there,Its realy good to learn ecm repairs and set up a service station. As nowadays ecm repairs have gone up rather replacement. Should include bcm and connected controllers too. Also the success depends on the area you are concentrating. Alwys look for city spot.
my Diesel swift low pickup..less milage on 40 km speed give minor jerks but above 40 normal but engine not run smoothly ...feel like machanic clear egr but its not solve.. scanning time show 02 sensor code P0130... then change o2 sensor or wire chek , catalice convert test is ok ,,but code is here..or issue not solve .. now 3rd machanic not solve this isse ...i can not feel my car ...plz guide solve ... n
Slight diesel leaked marked at reverse line on one injector in ford aspire diesel 1.5 liter 2017 model Pickup ,milage perfect. Pls suggest is it anything serious?
@@dailyhandsdiy yes it was properly dried . Also i cleaned MAF sensor along . There is no black smoke coming out on hard acceleration it has now covered 50k km from thr date of purchase shall i lean intecooler ?
Possible reasons, minor air inlet pipe leaks, dirty intake sensors, failing lambda sensor, egr not working properly or clogged. These are the basic reasons that cause power n mileage issue in a healthy engine.
@@dailyhandsdiy ❤️ but showroom guys are too lazy to diagnose it . Obd shows glow plug fault .still they say not problem u can driver and not rectify it ... While i drive my car warning lights came up and i turn off car later it not start . After leaving some minutes and some tries nearly half hour it started . Again once the problem came i off the engine and not start. Then i left the car that night and nxt mrng it started fine. Later the problem not came . And no one identify it 😕
@@dailyhandsdiy if code displayed also means they are too lazy to solve it 😂. The comedy part is my windshield broke . I changed new glass in showroom the next weak heavy rain . At that morning when i opened my car its full of rain water in floor im surprised im very confused where it comes from later its dropping under dash via winshield leak improper work in showroom nowdays

You need exact same sensor...the other one will work but the tuning will get change and there will difference in performance...

Its normal to vibrate but if its vibrating heavily with clicking n whining sound needs a replacement.

Sure you can just need to remove the belt cover and the right spanner. simple 30 mins job or less.

No nothing serious it's common to see bit of spreading over pipes. If the leak gets severe like dripping, needs to address.

Bro i clean map sensor as u shown with electrical contact cleaner but now i can feel more lag in my swift 🥺
Hi make sure its properly dry b4 installing. And check for boost leaks...or the egr is not closing properly.

Its possible to scan for previous engine codes to find the fault that occurred previously.

Hi, bcs it cleans grim real easy and dries out completely. Takes a bit longer time to dry but does the job. plus its easy to find in local market.
