- In this J Sai Deepak Latest he explains why unaccountable judiciary is antithetical to democracy especially in India. He also talks about the appointment of judges in India and also that problem of judicial unaccountability lies in the absence of an institutional safeguard in holding the courts and judges to account. He also said that Indian courts are so fond of citing English judgements in their judgments. English judges are appointed through a judicial appointments committee, but Indian judges are not open to it or at least Indian judiciary is not open to it. He gives the example the Sabarimala Temple Issue with regards to judicial overreach.

भर्ती परीक्षा लिए जाने के बाद सरकार ने Normalisation व Equipercentile जैसे नियम जोड़ दिए जिसे लेकर कुछ बच्चों ने पंजाब एवं हरियाणा उच्च न्यायालय में केस कर दिया।
पंजाब हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट में चल रहे पुलिस भर्ती केस की
"पहली तारीख" 23 March 2022 के दिन थी।
अभी तक इस केस में 19 तारीखें लग चुकी हैं
और अगली तारीख 19 April 2023 के दिन है।
मामले में कोर्ट द्वारा तारीख पर तारीख दी जा रही हैं। कभी हरियाणा सरकार या भर्ती बोर्ड की ओर से अपना पक्ष रखने के लिए अपना वकील नहीं भेजा जाता तो कभी केस की सुनवाई कर रहे जज को ही दो तारीखों के बीच में बदल दिया जाता है जिससे सारी सुनवाई को एकदम नए सिरे से शुरू करना पड़ता है तो कभी Roster में केस का नंबर बड़ा लग जाता है जिससे केस की सुनवाई की बारी ना आने के कारण अपने आप ही अगली तारीख मिल जाती है जोकि महिने या डेढ़ महिने आगे की होती है।
यदि युवाओं का भविष्य न्यायालय और सरकारी तंत्र की पहली प्राथमिकता है तो इस केस की लगातार रोजाना सुनवाई भी की जा सकती है या इस प्रकार के भर्ती केसों के लिए विशेष न्यायालय भी बनाए जा सकते हैं।
ना जाने कितने युवा अगली भर्ती के इंतजार में हैं , कितनों की उम्र निकलती जा रही है जोकि इस भर्ती में सफल ना होने के कारण अगली भर्ती का इंतजार कर रहे हैं।
सभी नागरिकों व संस्थाओं से हाथ जोड़कर प्रार्थना है 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
कि किसी सरकारी भर्ती या रोजगार संबंधित केसों की सुनवाई एक तय समय सीमा में पूरी करने के लिए न्यायालयों को एक नया System बनाने के लिए मजबूर किया जाए क्योंकि जबतक किसी भर्ती की सुनवाई पूरी नहीं होती तब तक उस विभाग में नई नौकरियाँ नहीं निकलती और युवाओं का भविष्य अंधकारमय बना रहता है।

What if we free our temples, Result/Outcome:-
Every Galli , Colony should have Temples with Gurukulas system of education , organize proper daily prayers
a) Hindus become more educated, aware about our sacred scriptures, yogic culture and tradition and ongoing development in Sanatana Dharma etc.
b) World will recognize importance of Sanatana Dharma.
c) This will bring unity and strength in the Hindus.
d) Anti national, anti Hindus will definitely think once before abusing, insulting, raping or trying to kill Hindus as we are united and strong.
e) This structure (hierarchy structure from top to down i.e. Delhi to every Galli of Village and City) will help in all aspects like managing businesses, employment, jobs, nation building, development of society and prosperity of Hinduism.
f) Political transformation can also be possible by this hierarchical structure. You have choice to select appropriate person.
g) Restrict Conversion of Hindus to other religion
h) Stoppage of all kinds Jihads and Jihadi mindset towards Hindus and India.
i) Promote Satvik Hindu food (Jhatka in case of non vegetarian) and stops eating and promoting Halal certification food and products as peaceful community spit in the kafirs (non Muslim) food
j) Beginning of Gurukula system of education.
k) Stoppage of Westernistion of culture
l) Encourage for Make In India.
m) Encourage for Swadeshi Movement and Aatmanibhar Bharat.
n) Economical development of Hindus, by guiding them for small scale and large scale businesses , guidance to farmers etc
o) Protect our historic places and monuments, heritage places.
p) Recerate our lost glory of culture, arts and many more.
q) Promoting various sports and games
r) Provide teaching on music dance, art etc.

s) There are Vyayamshala (traditional gyms) in every Galli of Village Colony which generally situated near Hanuman mandir or inside the Hanuman mandir but now a days lack of Youngsters attraction, these are required to be upgraded with modern gym , can be possible through temples donations.
r) Financially help poor students for higher education through temples donations
s) Marriages, collective Marriages and other traditional functions can conducted in temples as done in vedic times.
t) Help handicapped, physically challenged , orphan children and people through temples donations by giving them various facilities.
s) Help, assist and guide to poors through temple administration for getting oldage pension, student for scholarship, ration card, voting card, aadhar card, agreeculture subsidies.
t) Earlier Temples with Gurukulas, the place where small business, farmers sale their farm products, milk, ghee, curd, condiments, pulses and other necessary Commodities.
u) Help unemployed youth and people to set up small scale businesses through temples donations.
v) Need temples to be categorized according to one which are tourists attraction and other which are for Gurukula system of education.
w) Help and guide farmers in providing agreeculture education , minimize farmer suicide
x) Every Hindu should work towards include Gurukula system of education in every Temple of our village , society
y) All Hindus to donate their 2% of their monthly income as possible for Sanatana dharma cause and those working for prosperity of Hinduism as other religion people do
Temples will be an alternative place instead of government authority like police, courts and government administrative authorities etc for Hindus to solve disputes and problems in a sacred place in front of diety in the temples, instead of approaching court etc, proper justice can be given, guidance on various issues to students, youngsters, elderly people, this will ensures safety and security to Hindus as this will enhance harmony in Hindus to getting help during trouble

Yup, Judiciary must not be Independent... I mean it must be Independent from Dirty Politics but its Ecosystem must be Interlinked with the Legislative as well as Executives..
Just like How BRAHMA, VISHNU AND MAHESH are Interlinked with each other and Cooperate with each other
also the Selection of Judges must be based on IIT/IIM level Entrance Exam and its Interview must be SSB/IAS level interview...
Remove the Blind Justice system and Replaced it to the Civilisational Judiciary system in which Justice Must based on CONTEXT, PERCEPTION AND RIGHTEOUSNESS(DHARMA)..
I love how Mr Sai exposes loopholes in institutions which were set up by british and continue to operate even now in similar way. He asks right questions abd looks at everything at from all angles.

J sai deepak is absolutely right in this regard, if court feels there's no room for judicial reform then they are having no right to reform other institutions. Now it's seen Indian judiciary has become a club of few people and to keep it powerful club, they're being sponsored by few opposition parties of our country and western developed countries, failed to challenge the present government in democratic method. Now time has come to clean our judiciary system for making them brave, non political, unbiased judiciary. Further to save the nation from their clutch whatsoever necessary has to be done with out wasting time. As per constitution in real sense parliament is supreme as it's a public elected institution and parliament voice is a public voice and as it is answerable to public, nobody else. For long periods our parliament had become weak in nature for coalition government in center and during this period gradually court cleverly projects themselves they're the supreme and country basically to be governed by them. It has become so ridiculous that court calls army personnel to explain the strategy of controlling jehadies. Even laws passed by two houses and signed by president to be reviewed by them accepting the petition made by tomdicharry. With doing so they (court) give a wrong message to nation that they are the supreme who will decide whether laws to be implement able or not. There's no border and limitations as if they're having full rights to roam where they like. This attitude is extremely bad for any nation. Hope present government will rectify it. Thanks.

What is way ahead ? What we as a Hindu Community Need to do ?
Establish a hindu rashtra based on dharmic principles as soon as possible. For now we must revive our traditions especially among the youth, contribute to temples(not just economically) but socially. Make it a centre for learning tradition,culture,arts, traditional medicine and education.
We must also realize that this takes place at two levels
1)Personal: At an individual level one must inculcate traditional values and indulge in the reading of traditional literature (of a Bharatiya language, Sanskrit is not necessary). Have some firm beliefs about the food you eat, the clothes you wear and the language you speak. They should be as Indian as possible. Of course one odd exception in a week can be made. Practice Indian values and systems. Eg. Yoga or say if you are learning Martial arts go for Kallaripatu, gatka, thang tha or any other Indian martial arts.
2)Soceital: this is where we lack the most. The revival of societal institutions. Associate yourselves with traditional gurus and mathas. Go to your local temple and start developing the community there. Talk to the priest ask questions, celebrate festivals wether in honour of Gods or Heroes as a community. Although you will be met with some hesitancy at first don't give up. If your local priest is not up to the mark maintain a positive attitude and give him time there is a high chance he starts taking interest after some time. Then follows gradual revival of traditional academic structures, schools of thought, arts etc. It will take some time of course but persistence is the key.
What if we free our temples, Result/Outcome:-
Every Galli , Colony should have Temples with Gurukulas system of education , organize proper daily prayers
a) Hindus become more educated, aware about our sacred scriptures, yogic culture and tradition and ongoing development in Sanatana Dharma etc.
b) World will recognize importance of Sanatana Dharma.
c) This will bring unity and strength in the Hindus.
d) Anti national, anti Hindus will definitely think once before abusing, insulting, raping or trying to kill Hindus as we are united and strong.
e) This structure (hierarchy structure from top to down i.e. Delhi to every Galli of Village and City) will help in all aspects like managing businesses, employment, jobs, nation building, development of society and prosperity of Hinduism.
f) Political transformation can also be possible by this hierarchical structure. You have choice to select appropriate person.
g) Restrict Conversion of Hindus to other religion
h) Stoppage of all kinds Jihads and Jihadi mindset towards Hindus and India.
i) Promote Satvik Hindu food (Jhatka in case of non vegetarian) and stops eating and promoting Halal certification food and products as peaceful community spit in the kafirs (non Muslim) food
j) Beginning of Gurukula system of education.
k) Stoppage of Westernistion of culture
l) Encourage for Make In India.
m) Encourage for Swadeshi Movement and Aatmanibhar Bharat.
n) Economical development of Hindus, by guiding them for small scale and large scale businesses , guidance to farmers etc
o) Protect our historic places and monuments, heritage places.
p) Recerate our lost glory of culture, arts and many more.
q) Promoting various sports and games
r) Provide teaching on music dance, art etc.
r) Provide teaching on yoga , meditation and self defense like judo , boxing and karate etc
s) There are Vyayamshala (traditional gyms) in every Galli of Village Colony which generally situated near Hanuman mandir or inside the Hanuman mandir but now a days lack of Youngsters attraction, these are required to be upgraded with modern gym , can be possible through temples donations.
r) Financially help poor students for higher education through temples donations
s) Marriages, collective Marriages and other traditional functions can conducted in temples as done in vedic times.
t) Help handicapped, physically challenged , orphan children and people through temples donations by giving them various facilities.
s) Help, assist and guide to poors through temple administration for getting oldage pension, student for scholarship, ration card, voting card, aadhar card, agreeculture subsidies.
t) Earlier Temples with Gurukulas, the place where small business, farmers sale their farm products, milk, ghee, curd, condiments, pulses and other necessary Commodities.
u) Help unemployed youth and people to set up small scale businesses through temples donations.
v) Need temples to be categorized according to one which are tourists attraction and other which are for Gurukula system of education.
w) Help and guide farmers in providing agreeculture education , minimize farmer suicide
x) Every Hindu should work towards include Gurukula system of education in every Temple of our village , society
y) All Hindus to donate their 2% of their monthly income as possible for Sanatana dharma cause and those working for prosperity of Hinduism as other religion people do
Temples will be an alternative place instead of government authority like police, courts and government administrative authorities etc for Hindus to solve disputes and problems in a sacred place in front of diety in the temples, instead of approaching court etc, proper justice can be given, guidance on various issues to students, youngsters, elderly people, this will ensures safety and security to Hindus as this will enhance harmony in Hindus to getting help during trouble
All Sanatani Hindus Dharmiks strictly follow these three core principles, this is the त्रिशूल for unity of Hindus:-
1) Amantran/आमंत्रण/Invite:-
All Hindus should invite Hindu neighbors for daily morning and evening prayers and even during mass gatherings to temple for prayers on Tuesday/ Sunday. This will bring harmony and unity.
2) Bharat Brhaman भारत भ्रमण/ Vishwa Brhaman विश्व भ्रमण:-
Every Sanatani Hindu as possible should do Bharat Brhaman or Vishwa Brhaman to visit Hindu historic places to gain knowledge. For any particular days, 5 days, 15 days etc as suitable. This will enhance knowledge and awareness.
3) Yearly / Periodical Mass gathering / वार्षिक सामुहिक सभा :-
All should gather during Sanatana Dharma festivals or occasions at village, Tehsil, District , State or Central, World level. Yearly mass gathering by Hindus will be organized to bring harmony and unity.

Unaccountability is every where. It basically starts in our home and many homes in our street I.e. 498a. I know at least 5 women who harassed/harassing their husbands and in-laws because of this notorious and disgraceful law. 3 of those husbands still revolve around the courts after 7 years and counting. Every time they have to fly to their home towns to attend the courts. It’s so painful to see them. Indian judicial system is a disgrace to our country.

It is through government intrusion and judiciary will become at the mercy of government, whatever is right now behind the curtain is far less comparison to what will be with government control if they are given the power. Example, see what happens with IAS and IPS services.
Appointment of the judges should be transparent rather than the collegium system. Secondly judges should be held accountable for the 4 crore+ pending cases. They should focus on solving cases rather than poking their nose in executive matters. Third criticism of judiciary should be allowed and that contempt of court act should be scrapped. Sir I am not a policy expert. I can only give suggestions. Now how to exactly execute reforms with all the safeguards, it is for the policy experts to decide. The purpose of these talks is to take these issues to the public so that a discussion should start among the people which ultimately results in formation of the appropriate laws.

Indian judiciary is a joke. if govt doesn't want to do a thing intentionally if comes out with a GO. Then any citizen has right to question the GO, go to court, file writ. The courts in Telangana had forced the govt inaction in stopping illegal constructions/flats. Then the Govt came out with GO. The whole joke starts here. Then the court struck down the GO citing reasons and again the govt start doing the same wrong openly for Example: in state of Telangana A GO has been issued stating that not to registered illegal apartments against the sanction plan. the GO has been struck down by the court and the same court is been used as tool to achieve the govt illegal thoughts for revenue and now the whole of illegal apartments/flats are been registered through the orders of the court. Again on one side when govt issued Building penalization scheme in 2015 the same high has given stay citing that illegal apartments/flats cannot be regularized on a PIL. Here the govt is getting sanction from the courts by backdoor methods. So the govt & the high court are in hand in glove for doing illegal things & this is nothing but mockery of powers by the court. & in N number of the case the judiciary is shielding the executive & legislature. Shame on the whole system.
