Do you have any tips on how to practice this kind of army control? I know I have to do this but I struggle applying it. I somehow keep watching fights I shouldn't and it is probably one of the main reasons I'm hard stuck at around 1400
I have a problem with this game: can you change the settings so that you can one tap switch？anyone who doesnt get my idea, just think of this situation: you sellect your scout at thw start of the game, ctrl+1 as your hotkey to this scout and you send it to explore fog of war, a few seconds later you want to switch back to your scout so you TWO tap the hotkey"1" on your keyboard to switch back to your scout, i hated the fact that you need to press twice to switch back the to units or building, any soluction to this problem i have？

Find your hot keys to create a control group. Eg ALT + 1 Then he double tap the number 11 or 22. This selects and then jumps to location Buildings were the same. 3 selected stables, hit hot key for knight. 4 select monastery Try a hot key TAB = go to town centre Then you use that to jump back to base from looking at army TAB 11 TAB 11 Hope that helps

u can just use the default A and S, I use that
@@kreditor3850 or he can do it that way if he likes it. I did the same tc and idle villager on my mouse, I set A and S as Archery Range and Stable

Its all about hotkeys in lower levels
What is the hotkey for switching between NOT idled troops?
select them, press ctrl+ number, then you can select them with that nimber, works for buildings too

When you fight heads on an army, yes. Aggressive+ patrol.
When you raid, clic them here and there in opponent eco on aggressive
