I have two rigs with IFS 1, i can agree they have their issues but for scale appearance they are great! Now if i want to spend 300€ to put IFS2 in both cars.... could be tempting, and make a third truck with IFS and IRS

If you think of it as 300 spent on a rig with fully independent suspension and 4WS, that price is pretty good.
