I went there once. Nothing spectacular. But certainly okay for the price. I got senior discount. I don't eat much and I don't mind the price. Certainly will go back. Just eating a little bit of certain items is already good enough for the price.

Oh that’s why it smells in there…the sterno. It’s crazy getting a table at lunch. I gave up trying. Hot Pot looks mid at best even ingredient wise. Been to a Umi in Houston and it was cleaner and food quality is better. DMV food prices are higher so I understand, however. Would rather go to Hot Pot Hero in area, IYKYK.

No, another AYCE hot pot and buffet place is not needed in Rockville. I liked the Miller’s Ale house that used to be there… at least you can watch sports there.

Well not really... there were couple buffet restaurants closed down before covid. I'm just glad it's not a Mexican fried chicken/taco place

@TheDailyDad888 Great video and review! Was it crowded when you were there? I've been thinking of going, but wanted to wait til most people have tried it. Will you be reviewing Kura Sushi when it opens down The Pike? Have liked and subscribed in an effort to support local UA-camrs.

I can't comment on dinner. When we got there on a Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 p.m., there were 18 parties in the queue in front of us. I appreciate you subscribing.

I’ve been to better AYCE buffets in the DC metro area over the past decades. However it’s probably the best one around currently. The crab legs is what makes it worth it here. If you can eat a ton of crab legs, you’ll get your money’s worth.
Sushi/sashimi…it’s an AYCE buffet, you’re not gonna get the best quality raw fish in buffets. And all the other rolls…those aren’t real sushi.
If you want good ramen, why would you get it from an AYCE place? Temari, up the road is much better.
I disagree with this guy about the hotpot. Yes, hotpot is a communal eating activity. However I’ve been to hotpot restaurants in China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong where you have your own pot and it can still be a communal activity. Plus people have varying tastes. Someone who loves really spicy foods can make their soup base really hot. And then others who don’t like spicy can just use plain broth.

This place is Okay nothing special or spectacular. The check-in is all in English most of the older folks can read English and have a hard time signing in.
