These were so much fun to go through, and there was definitely more than one trip down memory lane. There were so many questions that we couldn’t even get to, so we may have to come back and do another Q&A sometime. So many of you also told you how we inspired you to try a new game or play a game together which is just awesome and so so cool! The story of how you both met is so wholesome
I just want to say the use of Animal Crossing as a machinima-style presentation of talking points just makes me so happy. Animal Crossing is already just really cute to me especially with the characters so seeing them represent certain aspects of games that are wildly different just appeals to me.
Taryn's little chuckle brings so much joy. It just sounds so genuine.
Nice to get to know you a little better. I'm here for all the videos. Keep it up.

My favorite YT channels are usually the ones that put in the extra work of adding in subtitles to help HoH/Deaf people such as myself. That being said, thank you guys so much for making the videos so much more enjoyable for me!
It makes sense now how your editing was so good, even in your earliest videos. The production value of this channel is way higher than a lot of even much larger ones. Also, holy crap, I was not expecting you to both be, literally, a head taller than me.

I started editing UA-cam videos not even a month ago, and just knowing the process you can really tell how much effort and detail you put into your videos, you treat them as full on projects and have done a lot not only for shear entertainment, but the quality of life for making specific playlists of all the music used in individual videos is such a minor but nice thing, the fact you always pair editing imagery and audio for the extra effect like a solved puzzle, just leaves me very impressed, and honestly, very inspired to one day do as much for my own videos!
This was such an enjoyable time just listening to both of you share about yourselves. Such a joy!
I have to agree that the Outer Wilds are still probably the most impressive videos you've made. One part of the job I want to shout out is the dedication to reading and responding to comments. When those start getting into the 100's it becomes hard to keep up, and you still take the time to do it. Super excited to see what other ideas you guys come up with!

Found this channel after I finished Outer Wilds and the Echoes of the Eye and I wanted to see how others reacted to the game. I'm one of Taryn's cousins and just wanted to say that my boyfriend and I love watching your videos together! It was actually my boyfriend who stumbled onto your channel. He watched the Hollow Knight video and saw Taryn's Hollow Knight fingernails thay I previously saw on Instagram. Combine that with the fact that my Animal Crossing character looks strangley similar, and he was like Leah, is this your cousin? And I listened to the voice and was like YEAH 😂

Black Jack was the name of my black cat. She passed away far too soon. Fast forward to now, and her sister is living with a very shy cat, and we’re moving into a new house and we have 3 new cats. My sister is going keep the two cats that I mentioned. I’m glad I have UA-cam creators like you to get through hard times in my life!

I always love the bits of your videos that are not narrated, would love to see you do streams at some point! Or more videos with you two just being cute and gaming together.
The Outer Wilds are also my favorite videos. One because the Outer Wilds is a modern masterpiece and one of my favorite games ever, the fact it's not more well known is a crime. It was me trying to find more videos of people playing the game (To try and relive it through them as Outer Wilds players do) when I found this channel. The way they are so wholesome and use Animal Crossing machinimas just pulled me in and I had to see more.
Since you guys said you accept video ideas, I have 2
CrossCode, one of my absolute favorite games of all time, like, top 3 easy, and the main reason isn't because of dungeon, exploration, customization or combat, although each are amongst the best any game can offer you, but the main reason is because of dialogue, like, this is one of the only games ever that made me legit angry at an npc that to that point was my favorite character in the game, bc I felt as betrayed as Lea felt, and I felt genuine relief and happiness when everything was ok at the end, I think you guys are gonna love the dialogue in this game in general, from jokes to well written panic moments, from joy to sorrow
The other one is Battle Chef Brigade Deluxe, by far one of the best surprises I've ever had in my life; it's not easy to explain this game only by text, it's basically a puzzle game match 3, but you have to gather the blocks in a beat'm up under a time limit to finish plates in a cooking competition; each element sepparate is really lackluster, the puzzle is not that hard or interesting, only being more challenging at the last chapters, and the beat'm up being super simple and unnecessary, BUT, with both of those mechanics mixed, it creates such a perfect recipe of time management, inventory management, having to make decisions on the fly and memorization that after every match I could always pick something to get better at later, making it one of the best experiences I had in my life, and I think this chaotic mess of having 30 seconds left while you're in the middle of finishing a plate is the perfect energy for the channel, plus the art is amazing, each character design is incredible and the art of each dish is breathtaking, do not play this game when you're hungry, it's gonna mess you, and the best part is that they have an art for each and every ingredient in the game as a dish for each of the 3 playable characters plus rivals, so much love and effort went into this, also the story is really cool, and the voice acting is so cool too, really hope you guys give a shot
