Know the audience. For the majority of realtors in the real world, this is perfectly acceptable. Make it vertical, turn it in 24 hours, and you're good to go. Plus the fact that you can sync audio now - this little sucker is gonna be doing a lot of lifting at our office.
Great example showcasing this NEO into Real Estate, I'll do a comparison once I get it between this DJI Neo and the Avata 2 at the same location so I can check the big difference, but you should do it too, same house both drones trying to fly same path.. Great video Ken as always !
I totally appreciate the honesty. This time around me FOMO is based in information accuracy. My first thoughts on this neo was thinking back on the telos. It was all hyped up, I bought one and did not like it. Mainly for the camera. Thanks again. I’ll pass on this one. My Avata2 serves me quite well both indoors and especially outdoors.
Great video - looks good to me, do not like to buy Avata2. Just wondering, for this maneuver, can we able to control this with smartphones or need to use controller (that you showed) or joystick and goggles.
The video looks great, surprised that you think the camera isnt that great. Granted its not up to standard for a movie but I think your video was more than good enough for 90% of interior shoots and hopefully DJI will add a flat colour profile in an update so that it can be even better and more useful for this kind of application.
Awesome review. Have you experienced any Neo issues flying in rooms with reflective surfaces like hard wood or tiled floors? Just asking because I read that the Neo has issues when it comes to reflective surfaces. Probably why they don't advise flying it over water. Thanks for sharing! 😀
Thanks for the indoor real estate tour test! Your skill level makes a really nice video regardless of the camera. I was very favorably impressed overall. Thank you! Thanks for the inclusion of the raw footage on Gdrive. That was very helpful.
thank you for the great video, actually the video looks better then videos flying outside with the drone. I assume the software update will maybe improve it. Seems better then with my avata 1 !
Hi! Would be good to see compere with 03 , because many small factor whoops we use for indoor real estate based on 03! Is this better or similar? Thanks ps: it's would be nice replacement considering it's stability!
I was thinking it looks pretty good to me. Not bad at all. Maybe not fully professional but, I think that may be because you know better quality is out there. For a beginner fpv drone I think clients would be happy with that footage. It gives you angles a camera and gimbal combo cannot.
Hi, love your channel and always great, straight to the point advice. I have a question, after stabilizing in GyroFlow, which program do you use to edit your clips? I’m currently using CapCut but am looking to try something else.
Great Video, thanks a lot! 🎉 Can you tell me, which tool you use for the motion blur? I am cutting with premiere and struggling at the motion blur thing. Love your content, greets from germany 🫶
Hey Ken I saw your unedited flight and I get what your saying on camera. But the finished version you have it edited w color correction and stabilization so well it looks great 👍. Will it let you change any settings like locking the white balance or anything? Thank you for sharing your videos.
I thought the flight itself was very good, very smooth. I guess when you were talking about video quality, you were referring to color? I know there is no color adjustments to speak of like a log profile. Would be interesting to see another flight with another drone, say the avata 2. I have to ask, not many bathroom shots are taken by all people, would this be because of the mirrors and seeing the drones?
I watched it on my 85” TV and that was AMAZING! Now of course it not comparable to an FX3 but then spots that you were able to go to with a small drone is great. I did see some warpness on the shot but i that because of the frame rate and the lens which is not changeable. Overall. Awesome shot and flying Also I do kind wish it shoots vertical because most real estate walk throughs that ive seen are on IG
Do you think there will be an app update on the dji neo that will allow for the RC-N1 to be used? Nice video's of the reviewing the dji neo. Looks like your in arizona???
Is the Neo geofenced to prevent it from flying indoors in homes that are in airport no-fly zones? Our city has an airport inside the city limits and a good portion of the neighborhoods are restricted airspace. Curious if DJI just prevents the Neo from flying no matter what, or if it's possible to override that restriction when operating indoors? Thanks!
Another great video 👍 the footage actually looks usable if you are looking in the phone, but in a big screen it totally breaks apart. Definitely not good for real estate jobs. Neo is definitely good for someone that wants to get in the drone world and even fpv, and that’s what is designed for. Thanks again for this informative video
2:45 for a phone screen it's not bad at all (for the most part) but it doesn't hold up on a larger screen. I'd be ok using it for social media clips but not on listings or portfolio content. Good video 👍
Looks decent on a small screen, the target market I think is gonna be for Instagram or Facebook, or some of the real estate sites who scale down your footage anyway and this would be great for that.

HI, Ken. When you typically do indoor fly arounds what drone do you primarily use? Mini 4 Pro or the Avata 2? Thank you, Ken! Good honest video and keep it real.
I’m not touching that and if you’re thinking that this is good quality I’m sorry. I’ll shit all over your final product almost any single day and this is exactly why I dominate the Tampa market when it comes to real estate is because people like you with that mindset that it’s just good enough is the reason why I keep taking their clients.
I’m sure I’m one of your other videos and you talk about it, but what camera set up do you use for interior walk-throughs? And if you had to recommend a drawing for Flythroughs, which one do you feel has enough quality for a professional shoot? If any…
Not bad at all !! I guess your disappointing is about the noise appear on the footage. Thanks for giving some negative comment when positive comment is everywhere. For this price, I am very happy.
It’s not the best camera but if you fly in slow speed it might be okay. Still I personally think it’s useable footage. I have seen way worse picture or video quality for realtor selling homes.
Know the audience. For the majority of realtors in the real world, this is perfectly acceptable. Make it vertical, turn it in 24 hours, and you're good to go. Plus the fact that you can sync audio now - this little sucker is gonna be doing a lot of lifting at our office.
As a real estate agent I thought it was a great fly through and quality looked fine.
Watched it on an 80 inch TV and it looked great… wish I could fly like that though.
Ditto ... nn a 75" & UA-cam set to 4K ... I thought it looked great.
@@clydedigital you definitely can just take time.
The video quality is absolutely fine for the content. I even like that it isn’t ultra wide angle, makes it look a bit more high end.

Great video - looks good to me, do not like to buy Avata2. Just wondering, for this maneuver, can we able to control this with smartphones or need to use controller (that you showed) or joystick and goggles.
Looks pretty good! I think the pilot is more of a factor than the camera. 👌
Love the shirt! Your indoor video looked pretty good, but your videos always look good.
We're looking forward to releasing a review of the NEO soon!
Looks fine to me.
Agree. Particularly considering most people will be viewing this kind of content on socials.
Exactly
@@RubberontheroadIndonesia He got a problem or something lol. Its completely fine.
I totally see what you mean. The color and the poor lighting do make the walls look a bit hazy. Aside from that, I think you did a really great job.
Just curious qwho did you fly it? What controller, goggles, etc? Any tips on starting out?

Not too shabby if you ask me! Auto or manual exposure?

Thanks for sharing. When you did this fly through, what controller were you using to fly the drone with? Thanks
I was going to say, this video actually sold me on investing in one for real estate videography
Do you think it would be possible to mount a lightweight action cam like the gopro bones or even an insta360go
This drone weighs 140 grams with a low power output battery and matching motors so I doubt it
Absolutely, an Insta360 Go 3S will take this drone to a higher level...
How do you feel about the camera quality compared to a O3 air units onboard recording?
I was thinking it looks pretty good to me. Not bad at all. Maybe not fully professional but, I think that may be because you know better quality is out there. For a beginner fpv drone I think clients would be happy with that footage. It gives you angles a camera and gimbal combo cannot.

Dji drones are the best on the market.

Video looked good on my Samsung G9 Oled, also any chance of seeing you start up the drone indoors along with controls? Super smooth!
What remote were you using?
I was curious about that too.
I assume it’s was the remote 3 not the motion controller.
Great Video, thanks a lot! 🎉

did you fly it with phone or RC?

Nice flying Ken. Agree on the camera quality.

Hi, thanks for th test !
What do you think about using a mini 4 pro with prop guards for indoor shootings ?
Wich rates you used?
HI, great vid. I'm curious why you would use a drone for fly throughs instead of a decent camera on a gimble, like Ronin?
I always use cinema cameras , there are a handful of people that like the FPV drone home tour looks

Awesome, I was wondering wheter the NEO could be used indoors. That's a shame they didn't upgrade the camera just a little bit.
Great video, DJI obviously wanted to protect the Avata and Mini's quality camera and put little effort on Neo's final results
I watched it on my 85” TV and that was AMAZING!

DoBo, you're a tippy-top rotorcraft pilot, like Rock Star level.. Lucky me, i ordered my Neo & dji RC2 remote today..
Thanks for the test! I was also hoping to see how Avata 2 compares to Neo in the same house.
Bravo ! Greetings from Switzerland
I think for 70% of the cases it will be great. It looked very good for me
would you usually fly in normal/sport mode for fly-thrus or manual mode?
Typically manual
If I used the normal rc n3 controller would I be able to do similar shots as shown in the video? Or you need the fpv gear?
The range of motion on the rc 3 FPV is just a tad better
looked good to my eyes
Genuinely asking, for FPV, don’t you still need to keep visual line of sight on the drone? This is one reason I haven’t picked up an FPV. Thanks!
Not indoors

How about a bad idea mount for the Neo 😁 so i can put a flywoo naked gopro 11 v2.

Gray is a hard color to get right since it’s a mixture of colors, depending on the lighting it can look more green or more red or blue
