Goto bed everyday at the same time even if you don't get sleep. Turn off lights. And use this military technic. The key is to relax the muscles starting from head to toe. Feel the relief. Just concemtrate on the breathing and relaxation of the muscle while eyes closed. Hope this will be helpful. Screen time is the biggest villain in this modern era than anything else. @@StingSovik Avoid taking tea or coffee past evening. Avoid all gadgets including mobile phone tv monitor etc past 7'o clock. Exercise daily. Goto bed everyday at the same time even if you don't get sleep. Turn off lights. And use this military technic. The key is to relax the muscles starting from head to toe. Feel the relief. Just concemtrate on the breathing and relaxation of the muscle while eyes closed. Hope this will be helpful. Screen time is the biggest villain in this modern era than anything else. It's hard to not to look at the screens. Good luck
