- Hey guys welcome back to my UA-cam channel. In today’s video I will be sharing 3 meal prep recipes. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you enjoy this video please give me a thumbs up, comment and subscribe to my UA-cam channel.
Breakfast:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp yogurt
1/4 cup blueberries
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp peanut butter
Lunch:
1 cup cooked chicken breast
1 cup cut lettuce
1/4 cup black beans
2 tbsp onion
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes tomatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice juice
3 tsp honey
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp paprika
Dinner:
2 bell peppers
2 cup pre cooked steak
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
3 cups green tea beans
1/2 red onion
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Make sure you stay away from soy! Make sure you eat lots of fruit a lot of plant-based meals if you can! During your cycle try not eating any meat. That's the best time to juice or make smoothies.

I suffer from it as well 😭 I've had 4 surgeries, went in premenopausal for a year, I strongly don't suggest the hormone shot but there's a lot I've learned over the past 13 years. I just want to spread as much knowledge that I personally know & experienced to all my sister's that suffers as well that maybe can prevent or just help ease through it.

Why do we come to others people’s page to tell them how to cook their food? As someone who has been cooking since childhood you have a right to make your food however you like … some of these comments are just ugh!

Sis please put ALL of your seasonings in a bowl BEFORE touching your chicken. ❤
That way you don't have to wipe your seasonings off after touching raw chicken. And it ensures each piece gets the same amount of seasoning..😊

These all look delicious! I'd love to know your recommended method for heating up the prepared meals when it is time to serve. I generally avoid the microwave (I don't always love the texture of food cooked/heated in a microwave), so wonder what you feel works best.
