Outbreaks of heavy rain across England, with the main focus point for parts of Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and stretching up towards the Wash and the Humber, with an amber warning in force through today. Other parts of England and Wales will also see some heavy rain at times, where a broader yellow rain warning is in force.
