Dutch's wife has no problems pitching rate in with, any of the jobs needing to be done! *She's like a good little soldier! They definitely need to get at least a couple more of those pea-hens.
I remember my grandfather always collected rocks and placed them around the bottom of the buildings and would make a circle of fencing around corner posts and fill them with rocks
That looked like it would have been a stinky mess with all those eggs. Hopefully your egg count will go up. Good job moving the chicken tractor and catching the escapees. That little rooster didn't like you messing with his ladies. Good luck hatching the peacock eggs. Always enjoy your video. GOD bless y'all.
How is the house you bought in town coming a long? I love watching you work on your animals. Love how your videos are family friendly. Keep them coming. ❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊
The peacocks are so beautiful! I’m hoping the peahen is successful in hatching, and that that all find their new food container. God bless you, love from Canadice NY ❤
Hi Brandi and Family. Great video. Cool to see you putting Dutch to work. Always something to do on the Homestead. Hope yall have baby peasants. The birds are so beautiful. God bless and love yall ❤❤
All of your alls peahens & peacocks are beautiful, but Bobby is my favorite. I can't wait til those eggs hatch. How long has she been sitting? Seems like right at a month. Great video. That chicken is persist isnt she 😂.
Thank you for the video, need to sell all the scrap wood , people buy it for fires and building things... Your chickens are mean, they need some animal love ...
Happy to see that the peahen is still sitting. Guess you need to chick-proof the Peacock Palace now though. Lots of gaps, at the bottom, big enough for the little ones to slip through.
Enjoyed the video. It’s nice to see a couple working together to get those small jobs done. It seems as if those small one accumulates faster than a person likes. The chicken tractor sure comes in handy, the pea cocks are looking good. I just had a Batam hen hatch out two chicks I had to fix a place in the brooder house to accommodate her as the weather here is getting cooler. God Bless keep on keeping on ❤️👵🏻
Did you see how many eggs she had? They weren't stopping her from hatching but if she's so broody she never leaves the nest chances are none of those were fertile
Great job cleaning up the left over wood. Area looks so much better. Suggestion- i know you cant use that left over peices of wood for your home wood heater ( knowing its needs seasoned wood). BUT you could use it for an outdoor campfire down by your creekside campside. Either dig down a small indention lined with rock, or get one of those iron fire rings at camping grounds. Kids love roasting marshmellows to make smores. Only an idea. When we were counrty dwellers we had a firepit in our backyard. Growing up our kids loved it. ❤bless your family.
Dutch & Brandy are you going to put some kind of a boarder around the bottom of the peacock cage so critters can’t dig in and future babies can’t get out????
Those wood scraps could have become kindling. I try to use everything! Save money & little waste. If I can't use it or find another person to use it, then it's trash. My old clothes may become rags if nothing else
Those poor peacocks are gonna get crooked necks trying to eat from that feeder! I think it was made for a different animal??? LOL OR maybe Sean installed it upside down??? It's like some significant part is missing from it.👍👍
Aren’t my bowls and spiders and snakes gonna be going through that ground that you put around the peacock house? I would’ve thought you would use wood screwed into a.T, instead of.
If you want to stop your Brody hen you need to separate her from the rest of the flock and have her stay there until she’s done being brody about 2wks when you put her back if she starts getting Brody do it all over again
Dutch you should probably critter proof your peacock palace so a racking doesn't get in there and kill them. You could dig a trench and bury chicken wire about 12 inches around the coop. Maybe you could dig your trench with the skid steer. Just turn the blade straight down ( if you can) then push it internally the ground to make a slit. Then connect the slits.
Brandy, take those eggs hand put them in a bowl of water. If they float they're no good. There's gas in them. The ones that sink are fine. Don't incourage the dogs to eat whole eggs. They will eat every egg they find!
Man I wish I had some of that lumber your throwing away. The things I could make with it.
Dutch's wife has no problems pitching rate in with, any of the jobs needing to be done! *She's like a good little soldier! They definitely need to get at least a couple more of those pea-hens.
Your place is looking good with all the clean up you are doing😊
Brandi you are such a hard worker❤️🙏
Glad the Peacocks now have a safe place!
I can't believe the chickens would lay on stinky rotten eggs. Your place is really coming along. Love seeing the changes.
It was a great time to clean and prep them for the winter.
I noticed a few gaps under their new feeder! Hope they are covered!
Hey Brandi, Dutch👋.
Cleanup can be a

Brandi you sure are a hard worker. Great job!! I always like watching your posts.
I really enjoyed the update on the birds. Everything looks great. Keep us updated on whether the peacocks found the food.
So glad to see you wearing gloves to pick that pile of wood and wire up. I always say, every little bit helps.
It always feels good to get the yard cleaned up! I hope you have success with the peacock chicks.
Great job always better after a clean up. Thanks. Chris from England
I remember my grandfather always collected rocks and placed them around the bottom of the buildings and would make a circle of fencing around corner posts and fill them with rocks
You should use creek gavel around the peacock pen.
Love and enjoy your videos. May the lord bless and protect you and your family and the animals and the homestead. Cleaning up around the homestead
I love to watch you clean up the yard. Good idea get ting the birds all in one place. God bless you all.
Yes I always enjoy your videos. Keeping your animals safe and feed demands a lot of work. It's all looking good. I love you guys. ❤❤❤

Great video. So glad you didn't find any snakes while cleaning up the piles of trash. Hope the peacock eggs hatch. They are so pretty.
Great video Brandi. Hope everything goes well with the peacocks/peahens change of feeder, and the moving of the mobile pen. Great content.

Hi Brandi and Family. Great video. Cool to see you putting Dutch to work. Always something to do on the Homestead. Hope yall have baby peasants. The birds are so beautiful. God bless and love yall ❤❤
My goodness, she has to feel better getting up and moving around
Thank you for the awesome video🎉🎉🎉.
Dutch, please rake or turn the rake over and push all the rocks in the Peacock palace to the edge so the peacocks don't have to walk on them.
Hey it looks good around there. Great job ❤😊

They r not mean, they are not tamed to ppl handling them.

❤❤❤❤😊😊😊
Hi Brandy 👋
Good to see you Brandi. Great video.
Happy to see that the peahen is still sitting. Guess you need to chick-proof the Peacock Palace now though. Lots of gaps, at the bottom, big enough for the little ones to slip through.
Beautiful Peacocks ❤🎉😊

Hi Brandi and Sean. Enjoy your Sunday afternoon. 👍👍❤️❤️🇨🇦
Did you see how many eggs she had? They weren't stopping her from hatching but if she's so broody she never leaves the nest chances are none of those were fertile
Hi Brandi
U need to push the rock's inside the peacock house up to the fence inside the baby's 🐥🐥🐥🐥 hatch can get outside of the house
Great job cleaning up the left over wood. Area looks so much better. Suggestion- i know you cant use that left over peices of wood for your home wood heater ( knowing its needs seasoned wood). Hi I noticed your German sheapards have beautiful coasts I have a sheapard also what dog food do you feed them and do you give them eggs?
Dutch & Brandy are you going to put some kind of a boarder around the bottom of the peacock cage so critters can’t dig in and future babies can’t get out????
Im pretty sure that hen was cussing 😂
👍🏻👍🏻
Those wood scraps could have become kindling. I try to use everything! Save money & little waste. If I can't use it or find another person to use it, then it's trash. My old clothes may become rags if nothing else
Blind leading the blind 😂
you need to test those eggs give them to friends at church.
Those could be very old, have half developed chicks, they need composting.
😇😇😇💜
Oh my gosh... what a crazy chicken to sit on rotten smelly eggs! 😂
I think it's time to put the broody hen in the pot. Chicken soup.
How is the middle child's dirt bike working out?
Those poor peacocks are gonna get crooked necks trying to eat from that feeder! I think it was made for a different animal??? LOL OR maybe Sean installed it upside down??? It's like some significant part is missing from it.👍👍
🙏❤️😎🌞✨🙂👍
Aren’t my bowls and spiders and snakes gonna be going through that ground that you put around the peacock house? I would’ve thought you would use wood screwed into a.T, instead of.
Or bricks 🧱
Would it be possible to put a higher board where the phen is to avoid the babies falling out?
Should you fill up the holes under the boards so racoons etc. can't get in?
👍❤️🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼❤️👍
How to tell ducks sex is males DO NOT QUACK, also they get a few curled feathers at the base of tail
What channel do I watch about the house in town that you are renovating ?
You had a ordeal catching the chicken they are not all that nice but they are animals lol
If you want to stop your Brody hen you need to separate her from the rest of the flock and have her stay there until she’s done being brody about 2wks when you put her back if she starts getting Brody do it all over again
Wonder who the daddy is of the peafowl?
Looks like something could crawl underneath.
If they had a couple of chicks they'd stop that. But most importantly who hasn't been checking for eggs every day?? 😂
Not true. Hens get broody its their nature.
He is a roster.
Some of the leftover boards could be used to close the gaps where the boards have shrunk.
He never had boards all the way down, he talked about fixing the gap after ground settled
Racoon? Some say "Ricky" as a nickname
🍍😎🤙🌴🥥🌺🌈
What a mess
Brandy, take those eggs hand put them in a bowl of water. If they float they're no good. There's gas in them. The ones that sink are fine. Don't incourage the dogs to eat whole eggs. They will eat every egg they find!
