His editor "accidentally" pre-ordered 2 cybertrucks ?? Actual timestamp please? I missed that His editor is that rich to "accidentally" order 2 cybertrucks !!? That means arun himself must be filthy rich 😂 How much were those cybertrucks again? Are they finally out yet? Am still trying to get a normal self driving tesla with all the extras, cameras, sensors and everything 😅
Every time I see the cybertruck window breaking I feel deep sympathy towards the engineers that designed it. Bullet proof glass doesn’t mean unbreakable. Actually it is meant to break down and take the force of the impact and stop the bullet.
Yeah, that's what I thought as well. There was a promotiom years ago by 3M (the makers of everything adhesive related) where they shielded an actual $1M dollars between two panels of their new security glass at a bus stop terminal. People went ballistic on it with sledgehammers, rocks, trying to chip it off the bolts, and nothing made the glass give before the technicians went on to repair it. Yeah, the glass was cracked and splintered real nasty like the cybertruck, but it did as it advertised, _prevented people from taking the money._ I think the company should've just made several videos of them shooting at it like many weaponry channels nowadays do, and show the test dummies and the interior of the car being intact. Altho tbh, I thing the worst flaw of their truck was that ugly polygonal design. Looked like something the Army would bid money on, not your average consumer.
It would have worked, had Musk been smart and put in Black Metal panels. It was a "stage truck"(also a copy of a Chevrolet El Camino or Ford Ranchero style...so the car/truck>so this style has been done & not popular- not really a car and not really a truck) so no one could not see that it was painted METAL instead of see through glass. So he could have tossed a 5 pound lead weight at the "window" and not break it. Use 1/2" steel plate. Otherwise use a RUBBER BALL that doesn't bounce(cuz it is GLASS) Just paint the ball silver so it is the "illusion" it is made of metal.
@@glidershower Great points, instead of throwing a large steel ball at it (of course that's going to break any glass), they should have shot it, maybe inside of a well armored enclosure, and showed the dummies inside still unharmed. And yes, it's hideous. I've seen memes with the truck that say, "This is when your 1st grade drawings of a truck come to life.". It reminds me of something from the 1st Robocop movie, or some low budget sci-fi movie from the 80s that's trying to showcase "futuristic" vehicles.
I personally loved the wii u, it was part of my childhood, the fact that I could play those games just on a smaller screen blew my mind! I still have my wii u and play it a lot.
The wii u seems better in retrospect because many of its early issues were eventually addressed like absurd loading times. When people think of the wii u now, they consider it for what it does in isolation instead of comparing its features to what the other consoles of its generation were capable of.
The ring one deserves a 8 or a 9. Imagine how scary it would be to be told to die from inside your house. And being black mailed for all sorts of things.
The Hawaiian missile crisis could also be attributed to the fact the control panel had an awfully designed UI. Like, a slight nudge with a mouse was the difference between a drill and a real alert. The drill and real options look absolutely the same too, not even a distinct font to differentiate the two of them.
I was literally at a soccer/football game when the missile alarm went off. Everyone was literally panicking and I just saw people like running for their lives.
She tried to get it to work. Yes it was a scam, but it didn’t start that way. She had a lot of bright people on payroll working hard to figure it out. Once it became apparent it wasn’t going to be feasible that’s when she turned to scamming and ripping off the results. So in essence it was a fail. She didn’t set out to scam, The scam was the outcome that followed repeated failure. Repeated failure and trying to secure big capital. It just spiraled out of control
The worst part about the Missile Alert was everyone's phones going off at once. Made your hair stand on end. 38 minutes is a long, long time. There was no where to go, no where to hide. It was very intense. Afterward, my brother was going to write a play about different people confessing secrets, "I've cheated on you", " I ate the last piece of chocolate", wish he had.
that actually sounds really interesting! i’m really sorry you had to go through that traumatic event but i would love to see the play that would have sprung from it if he ever changed his mind.
Wait, the Wii U? The Wii U was freaking amazing! Great games, the gamepad controller was really cool, and I love how the joysticks were placed in a more unique and comfortable(In my opinion) position.
I actually enjoyed the Wii U (aside from the fears of it getting bricked when setting up the internet). It was sad that the marketing was so poor. Thankfully it became the foundation for the Switch, which pretty much righted the wrongs. I feel that it wouldn’t have existed if the Wii U didn’t.
Yeah, the fail ratings seem to be completely random and have all the logic of a monkey throwing darts behind them. Either he should explain what exactly he’s trying to rate or throw out the ratings since they don’t really add anything.
Not sure if you've done this, but I remember getting so hyped for Jibo the smart home robot....and then it flopped to the point of the company going bankrupt. Definitely put it in the next video if you haven't yet. Cheers!
Yeah, that should have been there. I remember how everyone thought jibo would "kill" Alexa and google home. That's a big red flag, when a product claims to "kill" another one. Remember Haze (a cheaply made ps3 shooter) claiming to Kill Halo?
12:27 I had a hoverboard, and more importantly a hoverboard accesorie that basically made it a go cart (as in you sit down instead of stand up, it's a metal frame that uses handles to move the hoverboard forward and back, controlling the speed) and thats how I learned how fast those things could go. I was half expecting him to say that the UA-cam fail was removing the dislike count. They removed a core part of their app, that people used to see if the video is good or not. Plus some scandalous videos with millions more dislikes than likes now have a fresh start and more are able to coke since people can’t see the dislikes that pegged them as bad videos. It was a terrible idea on UA-cam’s part

Now I see cyber trucks almost all the time, and they just look like the DeLorean from back to the future but also they just look ridiculously funny and stupid
That doesn't sound accurate (Twitter does not have those leanings in general). What it does accurately reflect is the type of stuff that people will say to mess with it. It's obviously pretty funny to get an AI to say ridiculous stuff it was never intended to, think of the whole "Alexa, fart for me" thing. Whenever multinationals crowdsource things like this, they always get messed with. Sites like 4chan will latch onto it and do their best to get a reaction by doing something that would obviously offend people, especially if it looks bad for a company that tries to pander and act woke normally.
I really wish we would have kept the AI Twitter account to see what it eventually morphed into. Rather than cancel it, humans should have acknowledged it as an experiment, thus realizing how primitive we actually are.
Bulletproof glass still breaks when you hit it...did no one tell them that? The bullet or object does not pass through but it starts to shatter the layers with just about anything.
And now the Cybertruck is finally out. And it can't drive off-road (big part of why you'd buy a truck), the panels don't fit, you can't wash it outside, the hood could potentially amputate your finger, the gas pedal can come of and get stuck at full power, ned I say more?

It was very intense. Afterward, my brother was going to write a play about different people confessing secrets, "I've cheated on you", " I ate the last piece of chocolate", wish he had.
Well it beats sirens going off I suppose. At least we know the end of the world will be presaged by a text message
that actually sounds really interesting! i’m really sorry you had to go through that traumatic event but i would love to see the play that would have sprung from it if he ever changed his mind.

Yeah the wii u was great!
