Evolve was shot with 16 iPhones and one drone within 2 hours. The concept for the video was the brain child of their manager Rudy Joffroy with virtually no budget. Choke, Evolve, and Martirio are form the Mayday EP. Check out Disciple music video, Animosity (audio only), and Z (audio only). All 6 are part of the EP which is have of a 12 song album. The remaining six song with be released in 2022.
I first discovered The Warning back in mid 2015 and have literally not missed a single day for over six years in which I have listened to or watched a video of these amazing young sisters. In my almost 62 years of life I have never been so into a band as I am these young ladies. The more we hear from The Warning, the more I come to believe it is literally impossible for the sisters to put out anything subpar! I have been saying for many years now that they would one day be known world wide and be recognized as one of, if not the greatest power trio of all time, eclipsing even the greatest power trios to date in Rush, Cream, The Police, Muse, Jimi Hendrix, Grand Funk Railroad. I know this is a bold statement, but I am absolutely 100% convinced of this! As you see here, they are well on their way to bringing that prediction to fruition. LONG LIVE THE VILLARREAL SISTERS aka THE WARNING!
They're the best power trio in the scene today!! They're very creative and overwhelmingly talented! They neve cease to amaze me! Viva The Warning !! ⚡⚡⚡
Listen to Queen of the Murder Scene, and XXI Century Blood. Two great albums in their own right. Although, you can tell their growth and musicianship is elevated in the new EP Mayday.
These girls all play piano, sing, write their own music, etc. and they’ve been doing it since they were like 9 years old! They’re phenomenal. Can’t wait to see what happens once they’re able to do more live shows. FYI - want more subscribers? Keep reacting to The Warning, and the Warning Army will follow you. Lol
Dude...just wanna make this suggestion. When listening to The Warning, ALWAYS do a live concert version. Their studio stuff is dope...but their live concert performances will explode your mind. And this is coming from someone who traditionally likes studio over live with most bands. Not this one. It's the opposite.
For me, their performance of "Hysteria" cover by Muse is awesome. "Narcisista" was written in response to their critics calling them cultural traitors because most of the songs are sung in English. Choke, Evolve, Martirio along with Disciple, Animosity, and Z are all songs off of their recently released 6 song EP. I love your outro, their 'new' version Enter Sandman is epic. Thanks
Their 2nd album is a concept album that tells the story of a girl who goes from love to obsession, stalking, murder, and madness. Not only are they outstanding musicians, they write deep lyrics and are unafraid to tackle difficult subjects, like addiction, domestic violence, and the dangers of technology.
Its cool to do a introduction to the band the way you did, like you said, you can see why people want to see them. A constructive criticism, may want to post a link to their website for those that haven't seen their music. Thanks for listening and your thoughts.
The very interesting thing about The Warning is that they’re both, a band that started REALLY young, still are very young (I mean, Dany, the guitar and leading vocals is already 21, but when they became viral because of the Enter Sandman (the first one) cover, she was 14 and they already had some time playing, one, maybe two years; Pau, the drummer is 19, and the bassist is just 16, was 9 when that video, I mean, she shouldn’t even put a feet at some venues where you should be over 21 to get into, and she and her sisters have been there to take the stage), so that’s something that is important about them, and are a band that have been showing at the internet how they’ve grown both, because of going from girls to young women, and musically. But there are also some other facts that need to be considered: yes, they’ve young, but also women, Mexican and playing hard rock. All of those things could be actually things that play against them, I mean, rock music is mostly played and managed by men, when it comes to international rock, yes, sadly, there’s some racist side that would make Mexican or any other Latin American bands much harder to be considered at the international scene, and yes: these are times when rock is not anymore the most popular genre, so all of these facts are things they must confront, but the great thing about is that… they’re actually doing it great!! They had some recognition with their totally independent first two productions, but still based just in the notoriety they had because all of their UA-cam videos, but now that they’ve signed with Lava Records for this new album, and the invitation to be part of the Metallica Blacklist album, they’re now starting to get the real attention of media and public, so we could guess it’s just the beginning of their career, and with the great talent they’ve got, both as performers and writing songs, they could become a very popular and successful band in no time!!
Would have been cool if you had started with the Hysteria cover they performed in front of their high school, given your bass proclivities. Still worth checking out. It's one of my favorites seeing Ale holding that bass line at such a young age. A new EP just dropped on Friday, and I'd be happy to see a more in depth reaction to one of those. There's some nifty bass work done by Ale. Thanks for warning others, and I hope to see more of your content. I must say I wanted to hear a bit more on your comments and opinions. Keep it up!
You play Warning reactions and The Warning Army will get you to 1000 subs, lol. Pro-shot concert video is readily available from the girls' YT page and it is self-owned and never been blocked (for reactions) as far as I remember. Of particular interest are the songs from Queen of the Murder Scene, a concept album about unrequited love and madness. Each of the 13 songs builds the story as they go. Play it, we'll watch it!
The Warning Army is no joke, for sure! I've gotten a number of comments on the Queen of the Murder Scene album, so I definitely need to check that one out.
Dude! You have discovered the only up-and-coming Rock band that matters in 2021! Congratulations! Also, way cool that you knew them before you knew them.
You did not hear anything from Their album XXI Century Bllood, which is Their first album (Free Falling is the first song you put on and it is from their EP which it was not going to release, because it is the product of the task that their teachers gave them to start to write), XXICB is the best beginning of a band, it is an incredible album and more if you are aware that it is written by girls between 9-13 and 15 years old. And you didn't hear anything from Queen of The Murder Scene which is Their masterpiece and surpasses his previous work. Greetings.
I've gotten a number of comments about both of those, so I definitely need to check those out. I pulled this list from what was listed as their singles, since I didn't know where to start but wanted to get a good idea of their sound. Thanks!
The incredible thing about The Warning is that with their music they have won a legion of fans of three generations, they have fans all over the world from 10 years of age, to more than 60 years
Son to be 75 and a proud fan of them. Not a Patron yet, but I think that I have a few more yrs on this planet, and they are in my last will as the sole owner everything I will live for them! LOL, they are just incredible artists, with incredible brain power and charm. I was serious about my will!
Great reviews, thanks Tim! Pretty much every song/music video they do is unique in it's own way. ..and they don't waste any time doing them. Evolve was recorded in a car dealership in Monterrey, MX with not 8, but 16 iPhones and a drone in literally 1 day!😁 Choke was professionally done, as well as Martirio, and the Enter Sandman redux with Alessia Cara. Disciple, was recorded in the Blast Furnace Museum in Monterrey, with a bunch of The Warning Army fans as extras in the video!😉 Ale's bass skills have exploded in the course of the last couple years, and she's playing a lot more intense bass lines on this current album. They just keep getting better and better!!😍 🤘😎🤘
Thanks dude for bringing The Warning. Agreed, Hysteria at their middle school (Licero) is incredible. Ale' plays the bass over the top! Also if you want to see them absolutely fearless check our SURVIVE performed at a sold out Ted X talks in front of a theater full big brain thinkers! 16, 14 and 12 yr old. It's a original. Thanks again sir. Oh if you like new subs... Keep them coming! Alabama rocks The Warning!
Ale’s bass work is impressive on all six songs on the Mayday EP. There’s a video out for Disciple, but Animosity and Z are outstanding as well. And yes, Pau still plays balls to the wall.
I highly recommend you view a Warning video called "Black Holes - Live @ Dakota Bar". One of the best songs ever written about addiction. The lighting is poor but the performance is amazing.
This was cool seeing a quick overview of some of their stuff but you really need to dig in and react in depth to their songs - they truly deserve it and you won't ever be disappointed. They are insanely talented not just as musicians and singers but they write great lyrics and music and their performances are full of energy and passion EVERY time! And to top it off they are so humble and such nice young ladies who are awesome to their fans.

I love this introduction/reaction video approach. Well done! The Warning has reignited my love for rock! Not only are they great songwriters and performers, they are kind, humble, hard-working ladies with great values!
So they decided to break their 3rd album into 2EPs so they can tour it properly when they are able. as it is they play at Rockville earlier in the day for Metallica so they needed to release atleast a few new songs to play there and any other upcoming shows. This 3rd album seems that they have given Ale more prominent basslines to push the songs along. not to say she didnt before but you can really notice them in these 6 new songs. and Pau's drum fills are insanely good, and Dany's vocals have really improved in the last while since the pandemic started. They are really great at tempo change during songs and adding hooks that make you want more lol anyways have a great day cioa for now
the Mexican girl group called THE WARNING, for my taste is a rare mix of legendary rock groups like Suzi Quatro, Joan Jett and the black hearts and Heart. greetings from Mexico.
I have to say that the all female rock bands that have emerged lately are doing a much better job of keeping rock alive, more so than the men. Two other bands you should check out are Band-Maid and Plush, two more hard rocking all female bands. I think you'll like the playing of Band-Maid's bassist Misa
@@TimOatesOnBass With Band-Maid I would suggest watching their latest official live video of Manners/Black Hole and Thrill, Plush I suggest watching their latest video called Hate
Saw them live with Halestorm and The Pretty Reckless. They stole the show. Everyone was talking about The Warning as they made their way to the parking lot.
Saw them at Gilford, NH and, after TW had played and before PR came out, I went to the pavilion for a smoke and everyone there was insanely impressed with The Warning. The walk back to the parking lot was just like your walk. It was fun talking to the "new fans" at the pavilion. Public speaking was never my forte, but I was on fire talking about the girls.
You have 38 original songs to choose from, all of them are awesome, just 6 official videos, but the ones live are amazing. Thansk for your reaction. #TheWarningQueensOfRock #TheWarningReinasDelRock
You might want to check BAND-MAID, another great rock band with a great bass. Why not start with the Manners & Black Hole live video from their channel, to see 2 differents sides of them.
New sub just for the ads, seriously good reaction. They don´t write bad or filler songs, you ear a song and you keep it on your mind going in circles for days. They are best alive and the best concerts are Lunario CDMX (The presentation of their 2nd album Queen of the murder scene, a conceptual album telling in an introduction and 12 more songs an history of love, madness and murder. Foro Didi Monterrey, the concert where they presented Narcicista, Dakota Bar, Whisky a Go Go and TEDx in Nevada University 2017, but look the ones not uploaded by the University for Copyright issues. Only the songs from their 3rd album have copyright issues, at this time the songs from Mayday, all the content before that are independent an no have those problems. I wish you continue your journey discovering this amazing band.
Tim, I'm glad I found your channel; I just subscribed. A big THANK YOU for reacting to The Warning. Their latest, "Disciple," is an absolute banger. These three sisters are getting better with each song. As to other bands to check out, try two: a metal band from New Zealand called Devilskin. Their song "Never see the Light" is great. Also, please investigate a killer band from Switzerland called Burning Witches (they sing in English). Try their official music video called "Hexenhammer." It's so impressive. Thanks!
Great to see your video about discovering The Warning. I enjoyed your trip of discovery and hope to see more. As you can see The Warning has a great fan base and that is because we not only enjoy their great music and talent, we enjoy their great passion for their craft which is prevalent in every performance.

Definitely worth reading the lyrics and the background story for "Narcissists'" - basically Pau owning their critics, who had called them "cultural traitors" for singing in English.
The Warning is promoted more by their ultra-loyal "Army" than their record label. Hopefully, the label won't push them to do things that will turn the Army off like abandoning the musical landscape they established themselves in which is astraddle hard rock and heavy metal, and steering them instead toward pop. Their latest single, More, is good as long as it doesn't signal a complete change of direction. The other huge mistake would be to start wearing sexed up ultra-revealing stage wear like a lot of female performers. Stuff like gold lame bikini bras or shocking pink hotpants. Isn't it refreshing that they just come out and play in their street clothes? That even includes most of their high production "official" videos (Disciple being an obvious but inoffensive exception to the street clothes thing). I don't think I'm alone in saying they could lose me if they become just another sexy girl pop group.
Instant sub--this is the first of your videos I've watched, and it won't be the last. You did ask for suggestions of other bands to check out: Band-Maid. do it NOW (if you haven't--I know this is about a year old, so maybe you've gotten to them already), you won't be disappointed.
These sisters are killers! The Warning Rocks! The 3rd CD/Vinyl is to be released soon...meanwhile there is the EP Mayday that has 6 songs of the full álbum. ua-cam.com/video/p9GcS8ptpCY/v-deo.html
They are damn impressive. And Alé, the bass player. Considering she is what, 16 or 17 when they recorded this and how advanced a bass player she is and her usage of harmonics in "Evolve", cant wait to see what the future brings from all of them.
You hit the nail on the head about ale’s bass. Her bass lines and backing vocals make up the absence of rhythm guitars/ keyboards. Lyrics wise, right up there with Neil Peart.
@@TimOatesOnBass No problem! There's a Japanese all-female band called LOVEBITES, and in the description of their video for "Winds of Transylvania," they explain that it contains clips from an anime called Vlad Love. Despite that and the fact that the video is called the Vlad Love version, a lot of reactors will watch it and say, "What anime is this?"
I have been a fan for about 5 years now ever since running across a video of them by accident while looking at Metallica videos. They reignited my desire for new rock. They are great musicians with a great future ahead. I only hope the current generation wakes up to how special they are or they may soon focus on the international markets more where they skew younger audiences.

Also Check out another family band "Liliac" More youngsters saving the Genre Rock and Roll preserving it from extinction!!!
Saw them live in May, sang along to Martirio and tears rolling down my face, and I don't speak spanish......This band just hits you so hard.

Queen of the murder scene.
The Jewels of Monterrey never disappoint.

Thanks! Warning Army FTW!
In few years they are biggest one in whole business. Viva The Warning 🤘🙏🏻❤️🇫🇮
Thank you! It's always good to know where to avoid copyright issues.
DO THESE: Survive, Dust to Dust, XXI Century Blood, Sinister Smiles, CHOKE, DISCIPLE

I've those lady's the warning is so bad ass I
Tim,
I'm glad I found your channel; I just subscribed. Thanks!
Thanks for the suggestions and for subscribing!
Always nice to see someone with an open mind discovering a new band. 👍
I suggest Dust to dust live in Lunario.
Congratulations dude, you have been Warned! 🤘🤘

Daniela was born in 2000. Paulina in 2002. Alejandra in 2004. Best way to describe them is “prodigy “.

They are damn impressive.
And Alé, the bass player. Considering she is what, 16 or 17 when they recorded this and how advanced a bass player she is and her usage of harmonics in "Evolve", cant wait to see what the future brings from all of them.
another awesome all female power metal band is Lovebites Holy War ua-cam.com/video/bgAxpEpEcno/v-deo.html also for The Warning check out Evolve
You hit the nail on the head about ale’s bass. Her bass lines and backing vocals make up the absence of rhythm guitars/ keyboards. Lyrics wise, right up there with Neil Peart.
Evolve was shot with 16 iPhones and a drone good eye. Narcisista Martirio and Evolve are usually the final 3 songs they play in concert
The Warning is a great band and they will have a bright future in Rock music. 👍🤘🤘
You where counting iPhones in Evolve. There are actually 16 iPhones and one drone. The red part in the end of the song is filmed with the drone.
Love the Warning! great reaction.
Queen of the murder scene album is a masterpiece
Great reaction Tim!
.
In the description of Evolve's video, they tell you exactly what was used to shoot it.
D'oh! Totally missed that. LOL
I only hope the current generation wakes up to how special they are or they may soon focus on the international markets more where they skew younger audiences.
hey man. everything goin good. ?love your reactions. would love to give u a few suggestions . come on back man cheers-
