I wish more flex drivers would watch this video.. far too many flex drivers are accepting blocks when they first come out with standard rates.. all flex drivers leave the blocks alone and let the rates increase.. this way we all win
During peak season it’s higher obviously so I wait till $35 or higher. During the rest of the year I wait at least till 27-35 like you said but it’s a gamble. Someone else can grab that block. I only do this to get out of the house and make a little extra money. (My full time job I work from home).. I know everyone’s situation is different but I see people grabbing 3 hour blocks for $58 to $63. That’s crazy to me
That is going on in McAllen Texas people are excepting anything and he brought the pay down low 1550 an hour ridiculous people are desperate and just taking anything but they don’t know the damage they’re doing to themselves and plus you’re using your own car how stupid can you be at first it was coming out great but now it’s going downhill fast
Hi mate thank you for all the videos. Quick question If I want a higher paid block do I have to always wait like 1 hour before and refresh? Or if I took a block in advance like 3 days before at normal rate , would I not be able to cancel it and take a higher block on that day ? Thank you
Hi Mike - thanks for watching! The problem you've got is if you've got an offer booked in for say...Friday 12-4 then you won't receive offers for work at that same time which may well come through at a higher rate at short notice. Make sense? :)
I accepted a 3 and half hour route in Swansea, last block of night ..... got down the depot and there was only 1 hour 30 min block available . Got paid £71 for delivering 9 parcels
Hi mate I start my first logistics shift Sunday, and then Monday I have a shift where I pick up from my local co op. Any advice on how I’d arrange the co op deliveries as I think they’re fairly new with amazon flex?
Hi mate - never done a Co-Op delivery (not an option in this region as far as I know!) - Just arrange them the same way as a Morrison's delivery - keep each customers items together. If it's similar to a Morrison's then each package will have a word printed on - the word will be the same for every bag going to the same delivery. If the co-op deliveries aren't the same as that or similar I'd be really surprised. Let me know how you get on with the co-op run! ;)
If it says that, don't refresh. Click on the offer again. You might get it. I've tried the same offer 1-20 times and have gotten it. Sometimes it people using bots to grab offers, and then when they realize they can't do the offer for whatever reason, they forfeit the block and you might just get it.
Hi Mate, love the channel loads of great information. I have recently started delivering with Amazon flex but find that I end up with routes that are a good bit out of the city to country farms etc which is clocking up the miles in the van, also very bad roads (dirt tracks to farms)on completion I amt 20 to 30 miles from home which all ads up to overall time, is there any way of picking up more localised routes around housing estates etc, I have had a couple but don't know how to pick these out, cheers for any advice.
Hi mate, not really unfortunately - it's kind of just a take what you're given mostly. You can talk to the guys at the delivery station and ask them for a housing estate or a specific area and they might hook you up...or simply say no.
If no driver drop thr block you never get the high rate. That is pure game of chance. So no guarantee at all, and if you wait till the last day you running a risk of getting nothing, zero actually
Hi I haven't done a block yet and all I see is late offers of a maximum of £51 for 3 hours. Is a newbie offered lower amounts until they prove themselves reliable?
Amazon flex is Slow in my area. They keep giving me crappy orders until a good friend of mine recommended to #RARPTECH I never regretted seeking solutions from him, there services are the best and there programs are life changing now higher paying blocks including Orders making me to earn minimum of $400 daily working for 6 hours or less

What's the most you've ever been paid? I think my record was £110 for 3 hours, Christmas 2019
How many drop was that ?
@@nak4933 Somewhere around 40/45 - nothing crazy, they were just real busy I think and I picked it up about 20 mins before start.
Mine was 92.50 for a 3 hour, took 45 mins lol 6 packages. Since then it's gone downhill!!
My record is £54 and its 2 hours and just 1 drop with 3 packet. Which i completed in just 25 minutes 😃
@@D1INGERZ_OFFICIAL You've got to love that kind of action! :D

But how long should we wait? Til it gets to $27-$35 an hour? What should be our maximum? What’s the potential we have ?

My mother is on the game, and I encourage her to do this as its clean but not so lucrative.
Nice one, drop me a line with her number...asking for a friend
Thanks for this really helpful
Hey Joseph - glad it helped you out mate! Thanks for watching
Thanks il' try this. I just noticed today that I cancelled a block and the same one came up there but went up to a slightly higher rate
what the minimum parcels you need for each shift as you can say parcels don’t fit in the car !
My record was £77 for 3.5hrs and 0 drops, as something went wrong in pick up location. So I been sent home and get paid for it
Sweet! Nothing better than something like that coming along ;)
What is the best time to refresh i struggle to find high paying blocks often
Being waiting to get on Amazon flex for ages. And still on the waiting list. Would be nice to see a video on this
One of my first flex videos covers joining flex, waiting times etc mate, it'll be in the playlist.
@@LeftoverVenison Thanks. I'll take a look.

I did my first flex job today. $170 for 5 hour block but got it done in 3 1/2 hours
Nice!
My record is 3 x 2 hour blocks and got paid 96 £. Again its subject to the blocks being available.
