Very nice 🙋😊👍😊💖!
Taiwan is only a small province of China, and Chinese consider Taiwan as a shitty place
@@chenyinpeng2823 Jealous?
@@chenyinpeng2823 But it patently isn't shitty.
Happy New Year 2023
It is home to the most honest people on Earth. I was on my way to the airport using the train when I stopped by the toilet. I was walking towards the platform when 5 minutes later a gentleman was calling me. I thought I did something wrong but when I turned around he was carrying my backpack! It contains not only some valuables but most importantly my passport! Thank you so much for the lovely and kind Taiwanese people
Can also add that it's one of the safest places on earth and has some of the nicest people you will ever meet.
Agreed
That is one of the biggest points
But It has problem With It's own Sovereignty Because F*cking UNITED STATES ISN'T DOING ANYTHING AGAINST CHINA
Extremely happy that Taiwan is recognized as a "country" and "nation" in this video 👍
Because it is an independent country and nation with its own government, military, currency, customs, etc etc. That's a no brainer.
@@KillerChair1 Tell that to the People’s Republic of China. They get so mad whenever they find out someone considers Taiwan to be its own country and not just a province of mainland China.
Taiwan is literally a country. It has a population of 22 million (the same population size as Australia, and twice that of Portugal or Greece, for example).
It is simply a country that Communist China doesn't want anyone else to maintain diplomatic relations with, and is using a mix of threats and bribery to achieve this isolation, in the hopes that they will eventually be able to invade it and end Taiwan's 70+ years of independence.
Exactly China mainland "china" is not even a country beacuse Taiwan is the real china thats why china is called the PEOPLES republic of China and Taiwan is the republic of China
@@KillerChair1 obviously Taiwan is a rather small Province of China, and that's a no brainer

I'm half Australian and half Taiwanese, and when I was seven years old I used to live there for years. Thank you MojoTravels for representing Taiwan as a country, and showing the incredible things that they have to offer. Although I don't live there anymore, I'm proud to have belonged to this kind and giving nation
You’re a special indeed, thank you 🙏 for sharing your race and experience with the audience 🙏🎉
went there in 2018, one of the best places ive ever visited. the place is clean and safe, people are quite friendly and polite, most of the basic stuff is very affordable and food is incredibly delicious.
Very nice place and beautiful scenery.
Taiwan is so impressive country.
I been there a few years ago.
Full view and Big liked.
I wish you have a happy time...👍👍
Thank you 🙏 for sharing your thoughts on Taiwan, and it’s nature
Reason 11. Taiwan is not China. Experience the beauty of Chinese culture without putting yourself in danger.
Taiwan is what China should have been like.
Taiwan is china
Taiwan is a province of China, a prestigious island of China, an inseparable part of China and in China, only taken away by some uncivilized terrorists, but now, ready to be redeemed.
Taiwanese culture*
REASON #12: THE BEST OF BOTH NORTHEAST AND SOUTHEAST ASIA!!!
Taiwan is heaven on Earth! It’s the tropical New Zealand! In my top 5 countries I’d love to visit!
but it's not just tropical! the video mentions it, the hill countries and mountains, which are abundant, are temperate, with snowfalls happening pretty much every winter.
More fun here in taiwan So happy for living here for almost 4 years 😍😍😍😍😍😍🇹🇼🇹🇼🇹🇼❤️❤️❤️❤️
Nice that Mojo recognizes Taiwan as an island nation. :-)
Taiwan 1#
台湾第一!
thank u so much for introducing Taiwan to people! As a Taiwanese, i can literally leave my laptop in the library or cafe and go out for lunch. Ofc i won't recommend doing so but just to give an example of how safe Taiwan is, proud of it
I totally agree! I just uploaded my video but already want to go back!
Traveling to Taiwan is definitely on my bucket list.
Best trip I ever went on was to Taipei. So good we have gone back twice
I taught English in Taiwan twenty years ago. It is still a county I miss. In the section on Taroko National Park, I was surprised you didn't mention the hot springs. When I was there, they were the only hot springs in Taiwan that were still in their natural outdoor setting; all the rest had been made into resorts.
Oh, hi "old friend", you forgot green island got the rare best natural hot spring just by the beach which is the 1 of 3 in the world only.
Thank you for your contribution in Taiwan and your visiting Taiwan.
wow. i am going to visit my uncle there in three weeks and he is doing the same thing!!! i am also interested in teaching abroad and am going to use this experience to see if i would like to do the same because i am interested but not 100% sure
It's nicer now you should go visit 😊 I've seen air bnb rooms for as low as 12$ and they've got fancy hostels too if you want adventure and risk 😁
Incredibly affordable and delicious food scene and the hostels are all so unique, clean, and safe! Definitely recommend.
That's it! It's #1 on my list now!
One of my fave asian countries!
Super easy to travel alone
it's only a province
Whose Province? Does the People's Republic of China issue tourist and work visas for Taiwan? @@chenyinpeng2823
Taipei is one of the very few cities outside the US I would readily live in. Your report didn’t mention the nation’s superb major airlines (China Airlines and EVA), the country’s progressive and welcome embrace of LGBT rights, and stable economy. Oh, let’s also note Taiwan’s remarkably effective response to the COVID pandemic.
The best response in the world so far
4 months later we are in lockdown...
About that response to covid...
I totally agree! I just uploaded my video but already want to go back!
Used to travel to Taiwan frequently because it is so amazing like this clip shows. With covid, it is not possible to visit Taiwan now. Thanks for this clip.
I went to Alishan the first time I was in Taiwan. Next year, Im hiking Taroko
Thankyou for the video! I went to Taiwan in 2011 with my family. It's a very beautiful island. My mum is from Taiwan so it's half of my heritage.
Yes I love Taiwan
Nice mountain view extremely awesome
i loved it there!!! best tucked away gem ever!
U forgot about safety! Taiwan happens to be one of the safest countries in the world! and....free excellent national healthcare system - for both locals and foreigners!
Don't tell china; they might feel they lack something... Like real freedom and free healthcare; for example...
Taiwan number one
Great video! Taiwan is an underrated gem
I totally agree! I just uploaded my video but already want to go back!
I love Taiwan! 🇹🇼
im was born in usa but my. mom is taiwanese so we go there every summer tbh i been to some places there like tapei and stuff i just came here to see the good thing they said lol
I supposed to go this November, but this pandemic cancels it all. Hopefully next year it'll all be done and we can travel happily again.
We stand with Taiwan against CCP
i love to vist Taiwan
I totally agree! I just uploaded my video but already want to go back!
A dream of mine to go there ❤️
hope you get to go soon! I just uploaded my video but already want to go back!
Due to hiker paradise I like it
Great video but she missed the obvious number 1 and 2, which really could be tied for first in Taiwan. #1 Friendly hospitable people and #2 The incredible variety of delicious food. 1 and 2 could be swapped or tied. Both remarkable
You guys have just sold Taiwan to me! It looks incredible 😍

Taiwan ❤️
I just watched a Taiwanese drama on Netflix called A Thousand Goodnights. After seeing how beautiful so much of Taiwan is, I find myself on the net searching out tourist info. I'm just worried about the language barrier.
Most signs in Taipei are also in English and Japanese.
Don't worry about the language, many Taiwanes people can speak English and you can easily find someone to help you.
No need to worry brotha..I’ve spent that last 2 years living in Malaysia and Indonesia as well as Korea back in 2016....haven’t learned a lick of their languages. Myb because I’m stubborn? Myb because I’m a New Yorker who knows how to get around no matter what! Hahah you’ll be fine learning the bare minimum trust me!
Get there quickly because it might be the epicentre of a massive war in a few months. China has repeatedly threatened Taiwan's status as an independent country in 2020 and the past few weeks of 2021.
I wish it’s my 71’s destination in next month 🤗
welcome to Taiwan!
Great guide ! Thank you very much ! I really became interested in visiting Taiwan after watching it !
Another 2 attractions are the diversity culture activities and sport events. You can easily search and find the details here on UA-cam.
Although a trip to Taiwan is key tensions between China and the United states make it hard to travel now but maybe in 2021 would be a good time to travel
No, the tensions between China and the US won't have any negative effect for you to travel to Taiwan; it's totally safe. Actually, the actual problem is the current Covid-19 pandemic, because Taiwan has closed its borders to keep being one of the safest places in the world regarding the pandemic (only 3 local cases during the past 8 months).
Reason 11. HOT SPRINGS !!!
I wanna one day go there!!!
Hi MojoTravels!
I love your videos. Please can you make hidden gems around the world videos!
Lots of great points. As someone who did travel there, here are a couple of my thoughts:
1. Beaches are not really understood in Taiwan. My wife who speaks chinese tried again and again to ask how we can get to the beach to swim but people just got confused. Most Taiwanese view swimming as a work out and many of the beaches are quite dangerous. Kenting is the only place we found that had people who understood how to go to the beach like us westerners.
2. Public transit really is amazing.
3. The people are incredibly nice. If you need help, lots of times you can ask someone and they'll bend over backwards to find an English speaker to help you. Plus, being American, you're basically royalty to them.
royalty?
@@JoeSmith-ku6un yes, treated like royalty.
@@JoeSmith-ku6unRoyalty might be overblown. But, most Taiwanese are extremely fond of American and everything American for sure. Ask China and you’ll know why.
I am in quarantine in Taiwan right now lol
I wish I was in your shoes, as family had to cancel summer tickets and pay penalties due to pandemic. No reason for me to be quarantine for 2 weeks, enjoy one week vacation and return to Canada and be in quarantine for another 2 weeks. :-) Have a great time and enjoy some of the best food values in the world.
Welcome to taiwan 😀
Tiawan is not part of china
surely it is,you fool
@@chenyinpeng2823 Taiwan is an independent country.
Welcome to Taiwan
No mention of Taiwans hot springs? You guys could also have mentioned that Taiwan allows wild camping, meaning you can simply place your tent at any beach you like and spend the night there!
Plus the world's only Cold Springs in Su-Ao. Can't find the other one in Italy, LOL!
Thank you👍👍
Maybe one day I will go to Taiwan, but definitely not this year!
Best place to go n stay 🇹🇼
A zillion thanks for an excellent overview of Formosa (Taiwan): where Northeast Meets Southeast Asia!
我也想去。
needed more on the beaches
Also on the Su-Ao Cold Spring!
Where do you get these little videos?
Good 1👌
Man I miss home.
Thanks, that's my country ✿
Cool video! I’ll be there next week
I would love to go and experience this beautiful country. But this damm pandemic is holding every body back.
Um? No it’s not, it’s just holding dumb people back.

She is from Thailand, not Taiwan.
Does anyone know what the place is called on 1:03 ? Thanks

YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHH
I think I might be going there to visit. Considering that my girlfriend and I will not need a tourist visa to visit for a couple of days, is a real plus. Apparently, they have one of the lowest crime rates in the world. I have read that the common hotels, on average, cost around $60 (U.S.D.) per night, and as long as I can get two roundtrip affordable plane tickets from Manila, then we are going.

"You should go to Shilin Night Market!" *shows Raohe Night Market*
This country have very very very low fertility rate so it's very very very easy to keep here peaceful environment and to do development.

#3 the night market in the video is Raohe night market, not Shiling night market
hello😁
Is it better to visit than China
Tawain is the real china.
I like Taiwan but thanks to covid-19 nobody can enter that island all because Taiwan is trying to keep covid-19 out and it’s all Chinas fault on why Taiwan is keeping everyone out. Taiwan is my friend and thanks to the pandemic I cannot go on any vacations because I might bring covid-19 to other countries.
Honk Kong or Taiwan?
Diamond 777 Casino is on the App Store, it's an amazing game with lots of themes and has a very cool vibe to it!
Not a very friendly place for non-Chinese speakers, based on my personal experience. Also hostels? It's mostly / all Taiwanese backpackers. The staff hardly speak English as well. As nice as Taiwan is, it's not an easy place to go around solo without knowing the language.
I'm sorry to hear that. It depends on where you are and who you run into. It's best to know a local person who can show you around if you can't speak Mandarin!
Bopiliao is empty actually, just empty buildings
I'm sorry for this lady's social credit score.
-1000000 social credit.
Number 1 should be because if you don't do soon; the Chinese Politburo will have ruined it by the time you get there.
Wow, I just got through writing something similar.
What about the Threat from China
No need to worry too much, China already threaten Taiwan for over 70 years. Same as North Korea to South Korea.
