Yeah, I don't get how that was too hard for him. I rode from Denver to Cheyenne leaned over because of the wind. That was a lot of wind.
I think he was trying to get past the car because he didn’t want to ride next to it. Only thing I can think of.
@@132danyoll Actually, he was leaning into the wind. The problem I noticed is with the combination of the high winds and how he rides faster, now add to that the dirty air coming off the truck he passed, he was doomed to be pushed into the median.

If you're riding in a really windy situation, slow down, move to the side of the road that will give you more space if the wind pushes you (i.e, the right lane in this case). He did none of that. Going 80 mph with the wind is just dumb.

:50 When riding in the wind, the wind will cause your bike to counter-steer , making you lean into the wind. If you fight this to much, it will blow you right off the road. - Nice job to this guy for keeping it upright..
