They can split lanes. You cant cross into their lane while they are in it. They have every right a car does.
Evidently you never rode. When riding a bike, you don’t always have time to use blinkers. Not denfending in anyway but when you come face to face with death because of idiots texting or not paying attention, you make quick decisions.

John Desolator alot of countries allow lane splitting and filtering(uk) as well as california. so what these bikers did was legal(not the first video tho). the drivers on the road are suppose to allow bikes to pass at 25 mph or less. they dont own the road but because they are more susceptible to harm(like a pedestrian) they have the right of way(in many instances) and are allowed as much space as a car needs per lane.... cars arent suppose to change into a bikers lane just because the biker is not taking up the whole lane. that is considered dangerous. they dont own the roadd but the. the law does give bikers special protection... also no matter the case, ppl should check mirrors for lane splitters especially when changing lanes on a slow highway traffic jam... if the maneuver is legal then the the driver is at fault ... thats why bikers get so mad... although it gets quite annoying how they bitch so much about shitty drivers when shitty drivers is the inevitable reality so why cry like its gonna change the world haha

Exactly. ...he was agro like his driving - wether the bikers were overtaking on double lines (which he was guilty of doing himself!) it's not his job to apprehend them and once he edged towards the biker overtaking him in a way to wanting to run him off the road he became a criminal assaulting with a deadly weapon - He obviously has grandeur and temper issues.
