Just stumbled across you and your channel. Thank you for your content :). What is the best way to diagnose my symptoms of peeing all the time, urgency, discomfort, leaking etc. Do I have to go to a urologist or can I self diagnose? How would one diagnose prolapse? Before I start your exercise’s or program should I figure out what’s going on first ? TY❤
I always recommend pelvic floor physical therapy as your first line of defense. You can join my Buff Muff Method too www.buffmuff.com/optin-611056881702935071273
@kim vopni..... can this be done even if I have a prolapsed bladder? I’ve been stuck at every two hours for a month now but I’m not able to do kegels bc of a hypertonic pelvic floor
yes you can absolutely do this if you have a bladder prolapse. I highly recommend hypopressives for your prolapse and also for your hypertonic pelvic floor. I also believe that people with a hypertonic pelvic floor can still benefit from kegels...sometimes even with a max contraction (it can illicit a relaxation response). Highly recommend my hypopressive program www.vaginacoach.com/kegel-mojo-hypopressive
Excellent content - thank you! I learned a lot --the tips are excellent.

I have hypertonic pelvic floor and overactive bladder, isn't kegel exercise good for one and bad for another?
it is about so much more than just 'kegel' or 'don't kegel'. Come learn with me! www.buffmuff.com/optin-618292041714430601099
