It's 2023 and I'm still watching this. This is one of my comfort videos to watch when feeling unsettled and sad. Ahhh to witness this performance personally.
What sets Filipino performers apart is their ability to engage and unite with their audience. This affinity stems from the broader Asian ethos of harmony. When entertaining, the aim is to create a collective euphoria; the joy is shared, not solitary. Unlike typical performances where a clear demarcation exists between the performer and the observer, in Filipino culture, it is viewed as a collaborative venture. This communal spirit is vividly showcased at concerts where it's commonplace for Filipino audiences to sing along with artists, fostering a lively shared experience. Although, we also understand contextual propriety, like in more formal settings like operas or choir performances, where such interactions are not appropriate.
It’s 2021 and still watching it! I’m a Filipino and I do not understand the lyrics but still I can feel beauty of the song. ❤️ Translation might be there but still the song is very beautiful without it. ❤️

Actually our second language that we use here in Philippines is Visayan which is very similar accent to Bahasa when we spoke English words
It's because Indonesians are one of our ancestors who went in the Ph on their balangays. Early Filipinos that from indo race speak bahasa. Later on the language evolved but most retained it's root word and it's meaning like the bahasa word buka = open is also buka = open in tagalog but actually evolved to bukas = open. Bahasa word makan = food is also makan = food buts evolved to makain. Fun fact: our indo ancestors settled in central Luzon. On the present The Cordilleran region and Ifugaos are their descendants

truly music binds people of different color, race, language, etc. Keep the music alive esp. chorale singing!!!
Thx from Indonesia :)
The lyrics also have beauty meanings
I was moved very much by the music and lyrics, then by the Madz's rendition, and then ultimately, by the Indonesian audience. ❤️❤️❤️
WOW!!! THKKKKKKK YOU!!! FROM INDONESIA
I love the song and how the prestigious MADZ execute it, teary eye and LSS always.
The song, the lyrics and the singers are so good in the ears. It touches my heart.🤗🥰🇵🇭❤
I love this, hearing Filipinos singing in Indonesian, and Indonesians singing in Pilipino/Tagalog :-)
