I’m trying to set mine up. When I plug into OBD port I never get a solid green light? It just keeps blinking ? Any help please

Mpvi3 wont connect through usb cable or the bluetooth. No bliettoth shows up when light is blinking

Two questions, after downloading the vcm suite, there is no option for the vcmi3 im the help menu. I also cant seem to get an ID to import my device
