- Welcome back friends! Its great to see you!
One of my favorite parts of Summer is eating delicious cold Ice cream on a hot day! And there is nothing better than when its made from fresh Jersey Cream...Straight from your own cow!!
Come along with me as I milk Elouise and make a batch of super fresh Vanilla Ice Cream!
Even though its amazing plain, it's that time of year and we can add perfectly ripened Peaches, straight from our own trees! Or make a chocolate Sunday with our fresh Strawberries!

Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe
2 2/3 Cup Heavy Cream
1/3 Cup Cream Cheese
3/4 -1 Cup raw cane sugar (if using white sugar I would use a little less)
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 Farm fresh raw Egg (optional, if you dont have farm fresh feel free to leave it out)
1/2 -1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
Blend just till the sugar is mixed in.

Ahhh! I just gained 5 pounds! The ice cream looks delicious, even better with the fresh peaches, but when you added fresh strawberries, chocolate and nuts! Over the top decadent!😍😋♥
