- This time, I took a picture of the food stall "Hime-chan" in Hakata, which has been in business for 42 years.
The chef, who learned cooking at a Chinese restaurant, prepares a wide variety of dishes, from standard dishes such as oden and ramen to liver dishes such as fried rice and dumplings.
The proprietress's cheerful and fun customer service is also popular, and she took pictures with tourists who came for sightseeing.

私は関東在住ですがこういう屋台で食べる飯は絶対に旨い❗いつか福岡にお邪魔したいですね。
めちゃくちゃ美味しそうだけど、これだけのご馳走を屋台でやっておられるのは大変なご苦労があるかと思います。味を作る苦労は勿論、色んなお客がいるだろうし、、自分も頑張らないとねって。自分も明日から仕事楽しく頑張ろうって気持ちになれました。ありがとうございました🙌

@@user-sk5mu3ti4m 今は市の選定試験に受かんないと出店できないので大昔のヤクザ系屋台は皆無ですよ、メニュー表示価格がないとまず出店できません！那珂川沿いの屋台はインバウンドと観光客しかいませんが天神や長浜は地元常連客が多くいますよ、貴方は博多の人間ではありませんね。
I think this is the best stall house that is simple, not complicated to assemble in the streets, and the stir fried foods, noodle soup, barbecues were very simple and practical. Love Japanese cooking and their sauces. The chef is also a good cook.

ご主人の調理には、一文の隙の無い流れるような美しさを感じました。これは間違いなく旨い料理ですね。観ただけでワクワクしました。女将さんの明るい接客も、お客様を和ませる、優しい空間ですね。こういう屋台文化が無くなっていくのは残念だ‼️昔は、もっとおおらかで懐深い社会だったよね。いつから、あれは駄目、これは駄目と型にはめる社会になったんだろう😖💦

When I was in Korea and Japan, I loved those little street cart stalls. They have the best food, simple and cheap.
Just a curious question . This simplicity apart does everyone in Japan talk like an npc if you know what I mean? Or is it just their way of expressing themselves? It looks like every game developer was born in Japan and made their npc behave like Japanese.

It did not matter that I had just finished eating breakfast when I watched this; seeing all the appetizing dishes that this Master Cook was creating made me hungry all over again. Bucket list item: try eating at one of these stands in the near future.

Love the design of the cart i just bought a lets make ramen book and before that i had dreams on owning a food cart...i too have skewers but i did not think about other things like fried rice or other noodles..i was going to go with broth or stock with multiple tares and a bunch of different sauces and seasonings for the skewers i never would have guessed to use a mini charcoal grill
