I love the sharpie suggestion! I have a Singer domestic that I use about once a month that threads from RIGHT TO LEFT. I have a post-it on the machine to remind me. 😂
Thank you again for another great tutorial. If the winter gets long up there I would love a hand sewing tutorial for the rank beginner. I've learned the felling stitch from your earlier video and wonder what else you think is essential to know. Thank you again, Happy New Year and stay warm !
This is such a great video! It’s so important to understand the basic mechanics of the tools and processes before you start a project! 😊
Thank you so much for your kind words Laura!

On my featherweight, I have similar markings so I remember that it is supposed to feel backwards.

Very interesting & helpful; thank you & Hubby🫶
Video almost over and you haven’t turned on a machine

like any good instructional process. one must understand the subject before using the item
Are you ever going to show the beginners how to sew ? Or is this just a taok fest
When you say "beginner how to sew?" are you asking to actually put a piece of garment in the machine. if not she goes into it at time stamp 7:56.
