i am currently 18 years old, i am graduating high school soon and originally looked into national guard to help pay for my college. i want to major in paramedicean to apply for firefighting. I was at first nervous for this basic training i don’t want to leave my home, friends and family. But now looking more into this i am excited to change who i am. I’m excited to fix myself and work towards my future. I’ll see you guys soon. Wish me luck.
Who else had their mouth wide open when the guy with the dreads cut his hair off
I wanna see Gordon Ramsay teaching a drill Sargent to cook and they get into a shouting match XD
just went through BCT this year at Fort Benning. It was actually OSUT (One Station Unit) I am National Guard as well. I can say the end of the video is right. Graduating from BCT is one of the most proudest and greatest moments of your life that you will never forget.
“you are a risk assessment waiting to happen” 😂 i just love their creativity when it comes to insults
i know that hurt losing his dreads damn
Get saved because Jesus Christ is coming back soon!!!!!!! God and Jesus love all of you✝️❤️
The national guard gets the exact same training as the regular army, at regular army bases. Why the attempt to make a distinction in the title?
signing the paperwork tomorrow, boys.
“You’ll get to meet your DS who are really excited to meet you!” Hahahaha
meeting your drill sergeant who are VERY excited to meet you
No smoking in BCT? Hahahahha.
Wish I wasn't so damn fat, gotta keep losing I'm down 42 lbs but not enough. Cant run for shit and would be an embarrassment. Once I'm down another 15 lbs then I will be good enough to sign up and feel good about being a part of something real and meaningful.
Man I get chills on excitement I can't wait to join the National Guard and help my fellow recruits it's all teamwork. So stoked to be beside you guys
Watching these videos again after BCT, I still get emotional about it. There’s no better feeling than getting that U.S patch slapped on your shoulder, and walking across that stage in your Dress Blues. Tears me up every time.
I'm only watching this because I was curious to know what they do during training. It takes a really tough person to make it in the military. I'll admit, I'm not that person. I have a lot of respect for people who do manage to get through this kind of training.
Pure honesty.. I’m 35, in 10 months I won’t be allowed since I’m too old. This decision has crept closer to my heart everyday. A lot of my family has served and that’s important to me. Big difference is I’m already established with a career, I would be going solely for my family..

The only thing relaxing about Jackson is the fact you keep your phones through reception. That's literally about it
