- In this video, we put down the first Spring preemergent lawn application of the Lawn Cube system. lawncube.com. We're looking forward to a healthy green lawn this summer! We put 72# of pre-emergent and fertilizer (including Nitrogen) on 20,000 sq. ft. of our lawn. The ground temperature was just above 50, so we wanted to put this application down before the crabgrass and weeds started to germinate. We started with the EarthWay 2600A-Plus set at 14, but then changed the rate to 12.

I like the spreader slow motion (video and audio)!
I really liked the slow motion audio also.
This might be thought of as work, but I've always found it fun to push around...plus its good exercise, and of course gets the job done. 👍

I like the approach this company is taking to streamline the lawn care process to average home owners.
The other company focused on spraying and I can’t confidently say beginner and average homeowners are quite experienced enough to sprayer fertilizers.
I spray all the time and still manage to burn my pawn sometimes lol.

Thanks, George. I think you're right that people like myself, who are typical homeowners and not experienced in application of lawn fertilizers, can easily mess up the ratio and destroy a decent lawn. I'm glad that Lawn Cube is looking out for me by sending me the right (amount and type) product, instructions on how to properly apply, and advice along the way when I have questions. That's the perfect setup for a DIY amateur like myself.

Looks nice that fertilizer. I’ve been using liquid sprayer the last 2 years on the back of my atv. Soil here is still to cold. I’m gonna make a video of the home made brew I use to keep my lawn green. Love that spring time.
