Becoming a Field Leader

Tania Ortega was trying to find her path and Chipotle was her side job. She found that path and now runs a multi-million dollar operation here at Chipotle. Through Chipotle she learned the management and business skills she needed and picked up a second degree (shout out to Chipotle funded business degree!!). Now Tania oversees 7 restaurants as a Field Leader in Central Los Angeles.
