Maybe I should hike more | French Alps, European sporting hub

I'm in Europe for 5 weeks, touring sporting hubs across the continent! I'll be exploring these hubs using my cycling, running and swimming as vehicles to connect with and better understand the locations using a sporting lens. For Ep. 3, I'm doing none of those sports... I'm hiking!
Outdoor adventuring seems to be absolutely massive in this region, and I'm always thinking (not necessarily executing on) how I can better practice mindfulness and being present, so hiking definitely warrants an appearance in this series!
