European Sporting Hubs | Barcelona's Cycling Culture & Olympic Park

I'm in Europe for 5 weeks, touring sporting hubs across the continent! I'll be exploring these hubs using my cycling, running and swimming as vehicles to connect with and better understand the locations using a sporting lens For episode 1 of the series, I found myself in Barcelona!
Whilst I'll be doing the majority of my training in Girona, this was a good opportunity to chat with some city cyclists and explore the Olympic facilities where I got a solid swim in. The pastries, coffee and festivities throughout the city were also top-notch and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Felix, that was a great video. I'll be heading to Girona with my bike. I'm interested in how you're travelling with your bike from Barcelona to Girona. Are you going to use the fast trains?

I’m going to rent a bike! Because I’m flying to a few different locations and focussing on my running I just wanted to not have to worry about lugging the bike around…
Saw another creator recommend the fast train to Girona though saying there was plenty of space for bikes! I’m sure it’s smooth enough 🤞🏻

Hahahaha you've got to try and get the basics man! My French has actually gotten a bit better now I'm in the French Alps but need to switch to the the Bonjourno's as I head to the Giro 😂

I hope I. your next stops you hook ups with some local cyclist-runners so you don't fall for the stereotypes!! Yossu did not know what Palau Sant JKordi was. Olympic stadium misused? Curren t stadium of FC Barça Montjuic was the venue of the last stage of La Volta !!!
