I believe he was kicked out and his first wife left with him. They were both in the documentary wearing “gentile” (the word they use for normal people like us, outside of the FLDS) clothing and lived together in a small house. It’s still so sad that her father believed so deeply in this insane “religion” that he’d marry his daughter off to an old man and forced this life upon all of his children.
She still has that breathy voice they teach women in all fundamentalist sects to speak in. She probably doesn’t know she’s doing it. I used to revert to that sweet sounding girlish tone of voice with church elders too. It’s so gross how it’s engrained in us.
He’s gathering all the women, sending their husbands away, and will wed them to men like his sons. Young girls will be marrying old men again. They will be stuck in this life even more so than they have been. They need to ignore the call of Warren and get out now.
They should include thease types of clips in teen education for awarness on this with the sole purpose to educate teens on this type of abuse most kids and teens dont realize that this can happen 4:05
