What do you suggest when you’ve been scammed by a dishonest developer in Alanya? Went to the police, they didn’t seem to be interested to help. One month later; no response from police.
You mention 'bad projects' built by developers. Im curious why these projects are 'bad'? Is it that they use shabby building materials so that the house will fall apart? Also I would be interested in houses that have already been lived in as existing houses might be as good as new build houses.
Hello. I found your video interesting. I am trying to buy a property in Antalya, unfortunately, I don't know why but there is not much follow up from real estate agents. Do you have an office in Antalya ? Can you help me ?
HOUSES IN ALANYA ARE VERY EXPENSIVE, OF COURSE THEY CHARGE 5 TIMES MORE PRICES FOR TOURITES AND THE HOUSES ARE VERY ROTTEN BECAUSE THEY BUILD HOUSES FROM SEA SAND. THEY ARE NOT SOLID HOUSES AT ALL. ALSO EVERYTHING IS VERY EXPENSIVE IN ALANYA. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. YOU WILL BE SPOILED AT EVERY STEP YOU TAKE.
@@kingsmanestates-buypropert3385 The TRY has gone down so much that it can only go up from now on. Also, the countries where you can buy real estate properties as a foreigner are getting more and more difficult even making it impossible or applying 20% extra tax so Turkey seems like a good option.

Is it a good time to buy property in Turkey? With the devaluation of the lira, it really is a Big Bang for your buck 💵
Proprerty prices will double in the next 12 months through out Turkey. Today is 26.12.2021!

Hello brother
Licanced 😅🤣🤣🤣 Licenced
so much testosterone filled company name. That reminds me one of those wall street hedge funds from 1980s
You sound intimidated
You are definitely reading from a teleprompter. Faking a British accent.
