Very informative video! I've been in Istanbul since February 2022, trying to get a feel for the place, and have been really thinking about investing in property. The Turkish economy is going through a rough patch right now but I'm optimistic about the future and think this is a solid market to invest in. Btw, I love your channel! I was walking down the street a few months ago near Dolmabahce palace and I think I saw you both (but I was too shy to say hello) 🙂

Hi, Yes, it's definitely time. Because the construction costs are increasing day by day and the houses are rising against the dollar. I work as a real estate consultant in Bodrum city of Turkey, even the houses I sold 2 months ago have a 10% increase.
I would like hear your views about investing in UAE and Qatar purely for investment purposes. My main interest in yield and how good the rental market is. I assume it is not easy to find tenants in Turkey because of over supply of properties.

You are supporting the current government's policy which converted the country's own citizens & workers to slaves for riches. Their whole policy depends on exploiting Turkey's natural resources, building new constructions then selling them to foreign investors, and keeping all the profit within oligarchs. The people of Turkey are tired and out of patience due to injustice. Please keep in mind who actually you are supporting and abusing while investing.
I have real estate for sale in an emerging market in East Africa. It is an apartment with a four bedroom penthouse and four other apartments. A beautiful house that family members have to sell and share proceeds. How do I go about marketing this internationally?

The value from the Turkish lira is basically nothing, if I just look at the graph from eur/ lira, it lost so much value
