I wish you could meet someone from Sousse. You actually stayed in a very small part of Sousse and you missed so much of it. You missed already many spots within the Medina itself, including aome beautiful traditional coffee shops and also the archeological museum. You also missed the Marina of Al Kantaoui and the surrounding vibrant areas with plenty of bars, cafés, restaurants etc. The list goes on and on..
As a tunisian rooted from sousse it saddens me that you didn't get to experience sousse as a whole. You really missed out on so so so much. Sousse is a really big city and you only got to see a small portion of it (beb bhar). I reckon being on a budget imposed some limitations on your trip. Hope next time you get to experience a better hotel (There's lots of them actually). Don't forget to check out the beautiful traditional coffee shops, musuems, art galleries, ports, beaches(there's MANY more beaches other than the one you went to), golf courts, exotic massages, hammam, clubs and the list goes on& on. Thanks for coming to our city!!
Hi bro I’m going sousse in 2weeks would you recommend staying in port el kantaoui? Could you please also advice for better hotels to star in and is it worth renting a car for a week? If yes where should I visit ? Thanks
@@PrinzameerTravels oh nice me too!! I'm visiting hammamet next month inshalla.. I want to go sfax too... Any advice? BTW thanks for your videos... Lots of information and definitely will help in my journey...
@kam1681 great hope you have a nice trip!! I didn't go to Sfax because at the time there was a lot of drama in Tunisia about refugees and Sfax is usually the port they come into. So I'm not sure about it. But there's quite a lot to do in Tunisia that I didn't explore. So definitely go check it out!
It's normal for the water to cut btw. They cut also electricity sometimes. Especially in the summer, water can be cut off for like maximum 2 days and electricity maximum 8 hours.
There are many hotels in sousse, not in downtown but near the beaches and especially in port el kantaoui. But it depends in which area you wanted to stay, and sousse is really big, there is a whole modern areas outside the medina and sousse downtown.
The Adhaan is near the beach because the mosque is literally 5 mins from where you were standing. Sousse is beautiful, my husband is from there and whenever we go back and whenever I used to go, I wanted to visit every corner - such an amazing place. I would love to call it home someday
ive been following your videos quite enjoyable one thing i did not apperciate is the arabic background music haha as a tunisian id hate to be labeled as just arab with middleeastren music we are not actually middle eastren we are north africains closer to italy than to saudi arbia lol so id say you try and look for (tunisian maalouf) it's our kind of traditional music that has violions and also ouud (a msuical instrument) inherited from the andalosian muslim migrants fleeing the crusades in spain so it's quite the mixture of cultures andalosian with arabe and italian influenced since it has violions and it's more like an orchestra i think youd like it try 'Mamouno Lli Gharou Minni'
Thank you yes I am aware but it's not easy to find this music that I can use legally due to copyright. So I figured it's better than using Taylor Swift
There are way more than 2 hotels in Sousse. Not sure where you searched, perhaps not all within your budget, but it’s incorrect to say there is only 2.
