    Solid as always. Could you do frontside heelflips, please?

    • @highwayexit

      agreed, I keep landing mine with my feet favouring the fakie end of the board, which means I can't pivot the last few degrees.

    the thing that made hardflips easy as fuck for me is to just hang my toe off like a tre flip and popping straight down. sounds weird but it totally works. its how i teach everyone.

    • @bradenrichmond4158
      @bradenrichmond4158 7 років тому

      Yuri Lopes essentially, yes. Same as what will is saying but when you hang your toes over and pop straight down it makes it much easier to control and flip in between your legs. dont sack!

    • @ehill1536
      @ehill1536 7 років тому

      Sounds like a pressure flip. Hang you back foot's toes off? Pop straight down and you will get a pressure varial kickflip (bs shove + kickflip. The opposite of a fs shove + kickflip.

    might i also suggest learning front side flips first, i learned how to hard flip in a game of skate, i had done a front side flip prior to losing my turn the other guy did a half ass hard flip(one of those times when you want to call them out on it but you dont want to listen to bitching when they bail) so i approached the trick like a front side flip sex change and that works for me ...right now im just getting back into skating after almost ten years of not skating, and i can do most of the tricks i used to on flat ground how ever they are not as clean as id like them to be, but hey ive got ten years of rust on me so its a start

    ok but what do you do with your front foot ? Which way do you fluck it , is flicked like a kick flip or out how should I place my front foot?

    • @NoirYorkCity
      @NoirYorkCity 6 років тому

      try it standing still and without landing with both of your feet, dont worry about the backfoot just pop and do a light kickflip flick to the side and it will automatically do a hardflip. what i mean by light flick is that you dont need to do a rough flick like you do on kickflips, get your front foot out of the way and that light flick will do all the work.

    What's with some people finding it easier to do them switch? is that a myth?

    • @alexherrera1949
      @alexherrera1949 7 років тому +2

      Tom Davidson some people get used to flick a certain way regular and a different way switch so doing them in a difference stance can make certain tricks easier to do if that makes sense.

    • @sebasxvene
      @sebasxvene 7 років тому

      Tom Davidson men you won't believe my but I did my firt hard flip switch and first try i can't do it on my regular stance yet

    • @ericyork5727
      @ericyork5727 7 років тому

      when you do it switch for the first time you are more than likely doing more a pressure flip. its just something your feet do when you start something switch.

      I thought that too, tried it for weeks before finding it out. Keep messing around with the foot positions, you need to find what works for you (not anybody else). Also remember to use your torso to get the board front shuving like you are doing a frontside flip.

    i remember a trick tip from a while back saying the secret to hardflips was popping the trick with your nose instead of the tail like bryan herman. ever since then I've had them pretty much on lock so whoever has trouble with them should try and see if that helps any.

    • @NOno-bj8zd
      @NOno-bj8zd 7 років тому

      what do you mean? cause it sounds like youre saying just do nollie hardflips instead

    • @LL-it4bv
      @LL-it4bv 7 років тому

      Spirit Stuck like instead of popping off your tail, physically pick up your board and turn it 180, so now your popping foot is on the nose instead of the tail while you're still in your normal stance.
