I think that 2015 Silverado is one of the best looking things GM has made since the squarebodies, and yours is a beautiful color. You've really earned it. Love the S10 too! Keep it off the salt and out of the intense sun and I bet it'll last you decades.
I do the same, had to get a dealers license after awhile (your laws may be less strict on requirements) but not here, it's a hoop jump. Those straight 6 4.0L cherokees are like that, they start no matter what!
heh i had a friend with an 88 that had the straight 6 4.0 liter. engine was so worn it would barely go up hills pinned to the floor but god damn it always started.
Jealous of the new truck! Rainforest green metallic is one of my top choices for when I look for a truck. My dream truck is a 14-15 Silverado. I’d love to see a quick dedicated video to that truck / your mobile mechanic business!

So cool that you're having fun AND making $$$ buying/fixing/selling cars! I totally dig your excitement over the 2015 Silverado! I bought a 2015 GMC Sierra All Terrain SLE crew cab 4x4 6.5 foot bed last year and just love it! I think the 2014-2018 GM trucks are awesome -- they're proper trucks but are almost like driving a really tall and wide luxury car. The quality of the interior is a huge jump over the 2007-2013 generation. I had a 2007 GMC Sierra and really liked that truck, but the 2015 is just such a major improvement in many areas. Ny auto tech teacher has a 96 or 7 chevy half ton pickup he bought in the early 2000s and he drives it in the winter and gets it professionally undercoated like every year and it has zero rust on it, i would reccomend you do that if you want to drive the s10
I never had much luck flipping vehicles to many cheap asses out there in my state. I've tried to start over a few times kinda gave up this summer. After vehicles sitting for months and I couldn't even get what I paid for them let alone a profit. Glad ur doing well at it
You are definitely overpaying for the cars. You have to find ones that have easy fix problems which they sell for dirt cheap because they are car rookies.
@@bijk1911 I worked at Auto shops for years but not anymore. My buddy flips vehicles for a living. But when I try nope nothing I had a nice Accord sitting here for 6 months I was asking what other people were online I was getting calls saying way to high I ended up taking a big loss to get it out of the driveway then that guy sold it 3 days for 3,000$ more like I tired to do for 6 months
I say the lbz then the Tahoe, and maybe your new truck. I love the green on those things but I can’t ever find one. After that I can wait. Congrats on your dealers licence!
I've been following your channel for quite a while (I am in western MA) and I am thrilled you are doing well in flipping cars and providing great and original "you can diy" content. Yea! Still got the Bounder. When I started in '87', my first job was to drop the gas tanks that came with the chassi' and put in a bigger one then after 6mo I was setting the whole dash n firewall assembly n front flooring w/seat brackets (all as a single unit) over the engine and welded it to the frame. By this time we were starting next years model but your tank has got my finger prints on it, if it was built the latter half of the model year. (phew! lot of typing)
I would love to see the Tahoe. I love the early 2000’s era of GM vehicles and it’ll be the first SUV type car you show off. I also need to see how you got this thing running!
Don't know if you'll ever see this but the no bus on the dakota is either a crank position sensor or the pcm is bad. I had a dakota that did this. Tried the sensor first and after that didn't resolve, I ordered a $200 or so reman pcm from eBay. Worked after that no issues. The pcms are a common fault. Every once in a while the dakota would start with the no bus condition but if you let it die it wouldn't start again and just would crank over endlessly. It only ran at random and I had to mess with it a lot to get it to run. Luckily managed to drive it home from the previous owner I bought it from against advisory lol. Was sketchy having to keep it in throttle the whole time even while stopped to prevent it from dying. But the pcm ended up being the culprit and I was able to return the sensor I bought and just used the original one.
If you have 3 months like your last vacation vlog then yes! I've flown to Alaska and rented a vehicle for 2 weeks and didn't get enough, even though I saw alot!
Hovies Garage Low Budget haha loves it. You doing very well mate. Oh a trick fot the rust get some rust converter spray, its cheap and converts all the rust in a neutral material and you can just paint over it and the rust will not come back.
I kind of figured you might try to get your dealers license at some point. As many cars as you buy and sell it seemed inevitable. Plus all ya gotta do is get a flatbed car hauler, tow 2 or more cars back from the auction, whatever fits. Find a good size lot and start a used car dealership. Do buy here pay here and rake in some good money. I'm not being a wise guy either. In the late 90s early 2000s I did repos for a place like that and it was a good, legal racket. Down payment had to be what they had into the car plus a bit, and if you gotta repo it you put it back on the lot if it's not totally wrecked. Get more money. 😎 I do like the channel man.
