- ८० % लोग जिन की उम्र पच्चास साल से या ऊपर रहते है उनमे पीठ दर्द या कमर दर्द होता ही है। इसका सबसे मुख कारण रहता है Spondylosis | आज इस वीडियो में Dr Eshan Nerkar (Neurosurgeon) हमें Spondylosis क्या है? (All About Spondylosis) इस विषय के बारे में विस्तार में समझायेंगे।
Spondylosis क्या है ये जानना काफी महत्वपूर्ण रहता है। तो आइये जानते इस बारेमें
Spondylosis क्या है? - (Spondylosis in Hindi)
जो रीड की हड्डी होती है उसमे से जो नस इस हड्डी से जाती है वहा bony spur ह्ण शुरू होता है जिसके कारण ligament thick हो जाती है। Spinal Cord मेसे जो spinal nerves बहार निकलते है और disk का degeneration या घिसाव होता है जिसे Spondylosis कहा जाता है।
रीड की हड्डी को तीन हिस्सों में बाटा गया है ,
1. Cervical Spine - गर्दन वाली रीड की हड्डी
2. Thoracic जिसे मिड vertebrae भी कहा जाता है।
3. Lumbar - कमर कि हड्डिया
सबसे common Spondylosis , कमर की हड्डिया यनेके lumbar region में होता है। दूसरा होता है गर्दन में जिसे हम cervical spondylosis कहते है।
स्पोंडिलोसिस के लक्षण - Spondylosis Symptoms in Hindi
- गर्दन या पीठ दर्द होना
- हाथो पैरो में झुंझुनाहट
- हाथो पैरो में कमजोरी महसून होना
- चलते वक्त असंतुलन होना
- Sharp shooting pain कंधे से लेके हाथो तक
- Lumbar Spondylosis में पेशेंट्स को कमर से लेके पैर तक काफी तीव्र तरीकेका दर्द महसूस होता है।
स्पोंडिलोसिस के कारण - Spondylosis Causes in Hindi
- यह एक degenerative बिमारी है , बढ़ती उम्र के साथ यह बीमारी होती है
- Intervertebral disc का उम्र बढ़ने के साथ साथ उसमे पानी की मात्रा कम होने लगती है जिसके कारन spondylosis होता है।

स्पोंडिलोसिस का निदान - Diagnosis of Spondylosis in Hindi
Spondylosis का निदान तीन चीज़ो पे निर्भर करता है
- पेशेंट की शिकायते
- पेशेंट की जांच और लक्षण जिसका X-ray (radiological investigations) के साथ compare किया जाता है।
स्पोंडिलोसिस का इलाज - Spondylosis Treatment in Hindi
हर cervical spondylosis या lumbar spondylosis में सर्जरी करनी ही है यह जरुरी नहीं होता।
इलाज यह पेशेंट्स के शिकायतों , लक्षणों और उसके problem के लेवल पे निर्भर करता है।
1. Physical therapy : पेशेंट्स के कठिनाईओ के हिसाब उनको व्यायाम दिया जाता है।
2. Medicines : डॉक्टर्स ऐसी दवाइया prescribe करते है जिससे इस दर्द से रहत मिले।
3. Injection therapy : डॉक्टर्स इंजेक्शन therapy से दर्द कम करते है इसके साथ ही साथ फिजियोथेरेपी भी दी जाती है।
4. Surgery : जब सब उपाय करने के बावजूद भी दर्द कम नहीं होता ऐसे समय में सर्जरी की जाती है।
८० % पेशेंट्स में बिना सर्जरी किये Spine Problem ठीक किये जा सकते है सिर्फ २० % पेशेंट्स को सर्जरी की आवश्यकता हो सकती है। पेशेंट सर्जरी के ६ घंटे बाद चल फिर सकता है , सर्जरी के बाद सारे लक्षण चले जाते है।
Cervical spondylosis से बचने के उपाय
- Ergonomics - अपने बैठने की स्थिति पे ध्यान दे
- धूम्रपान छोड़ना जरुरी है
- कोई भी काम जिसमे एक ही स्थिति में काम करना जरुरी है तो ऐसे समय में breaks ले
- नियमित व्यायाम करना काफी जरुरी है।
