I can't seem to connect my DJI Remote Controller 2 to the PC.
When I clicked the RC Icon on the simulator, it said that RC is connected, but no green check mark on the icon and the controls don't work.
Sometimes it works when I unplugged then plugged the cable again. But even when it worked, when I shut down the simulator and start it again, the green check mark disappeared again.
Tried different cables, different PC, no luck.
Any idea what's wrong?
not sure think had happen also briefly but mine worked great maybe plug in controler reboot computer so knows controller there then start simulator see if work
you could also contact dji support if problem continues
Tried that. It didn't work.
I don't know. I tried it in 3 different PCs.
Still the same problem.
I downloaded Liftoff and everything worked perfectly. I had to calibrate the RC first inside the simulator but everything worked fine after that.
Unfortunately there's no calibration option inside DJI's simulator.

curious are you turning on controller 2 must be on as if flying real drone test mine again working ok
First of all, congratulations for the video... I purchased a DJI MINI2 and I would like to know if this software, which from what I understand is a virtual simulator for PC and also for smarthphone, if it can be used to simulate with the DJI MINI2 and if so, where can I find it to download, since I looked in the DJI store and couldn't find it? I can't wait and thank you in advance

you can use an Xbox controller or a PS4/5 controller with DS4Windows (or the DJI FPV Controller 2 via USB) with the simulator. If you're in N or S mode, it's virtually the same as flying your Mini 2. 🙂

Hi, do you have any idea why my RC2 will only allow me to play the sim 1 in 100 times. It says RC connected but will rarely let me even start the motors. Is there a particular sequence you have to set things up? It's about to get launched out of my bedroom window. Many thanks
tonite tried mine had to reboot couple times for program to see controller then it work flawless in bottom right if goggles and controller have slash thru them then not connected
maybe contact dji could be firm ware messin with controller
a good sim is liftoff from steam

just got my RC 2 this past Tuesday, it worked then, Wed and only a couple of times today! then it had the line thru the controller icon. dji support was absolutly useless! tried on two Win 11 PCs as well. NOTHING works now w/the PC version. May need to check Liftoff.
@Steve Day It's very temperamental, are you running Virtual Flight in Windows Vista compatability mode? This seems to help a bit. You still often need to unplug and reconnect the controller a couple of times before it kicks in
on main screen you can find settings in top right corner
FYI: the DJI Virtual Flight simulator doesn't support the Motion 2 controller... (yet) 🙄 The PC version also doesn't support Goggles.... the only thing you can successfully connect is the FPV Controller 2

sajnos igen. plusz en meg a controllert sem tudtam meg eddig hozzaadni. a telefonomon megy a goggle meg a controller is de szaggat sajnos

Exactly what I should be doing during cold weather.
I’ve used my cell and nvr seen a few of these features. It hadn’t been going to well for me. But I’ll keep at. Nice Jim.

Hello. Great video but... i'm having some troubles with Manual Mode. When i push the right stick (throttle) it doesnt accelerate, its impossible to fly. Any tip? I'm flying in Mode 2
thanks Nuno when in manual your left stick is throttle right stick is only forward back and roll left or right takes practice in manual mode can be tricky bud
hit throttle to take off then very little push right stick forward but only a little bit

@@nunorocha3252 in manual mode like airplane as you give throttle right stick will push nose down when move forward and right stick pull back will point nose up

the worst simulator for drones, if you want to delay your learning, use virtual flight dji, you will have many problems with usb, also to remove from the image the annoying controller that you are supposed to have in your hands and then your rate will change whenever incies the app and others, a disaster.
🤣🤣🤣sorry you had so many problems Raul if you are truely interested in learning FPV try LIFTOFF from steam is one of the best
@@jimsdroneing i am having a TON of issues with DJI's Virtual Flight on both Win11 machines. When I check Liftoff from Steam, i see just the FPV drone but not the Avata. is this the one you use or is there one for the Avata?
