    *FAQ:*
    • What other greens can be used?
Shredded cabbage, bok choy, bean sprouts, baby spinach, choy sum, romaine lettuce
    • What kind of chilli flakes am I using?
I'm using homemade chilli flakes - dry roast whole red chillies and grind to a coarse texture. This can be achieved by grinding store bought chilli flakes as well.
    • Can sauce be used instead of chilli flakes?
It can be used but the taste and texture will be different. I recommend trying this with chilli flakes first.
    • Is it very spicy?
It depends on the variety of chilli flakes and tolerance. Use less to start with as it can't be reversed. Incase it's too spicy, add more broth.
    • Why is there no salt?
Stock cubes and soy sauce have salt already added which is usually enough for most people. If it's less salty, you can add more at the end.

This is comfort food...rainy day off at home or maybe a little under the weather food. I’m Mexican so spicy is perfect for me but I like to add cilantro and green onions finely chopped and a generous amount of sesame seed oil

It’s really good & easy to make. I was really finding a recipe CZ I've become bore having rice as a Bangladeshi. But after watching this some months ago, I never ate rice regularly. Sometimes, I make it for my supper & it’s really delicious. Though I add some more ingredients CZ Bangladeshi's style is different

Okay so I like to add and change up my instant ramyun all the time but I’m warning you guys this broth is addictive something about chili oil is just so addictive even in gentle broths especially if you make the chili oil with sesame seed or just sesame oil 😱 omg so good

Nice. Short, sweet and interesting vid. No having to listen to people talk and handle every single ingredient for 15 minutes. But you lost me with the eggs. Will try it without that. Either that or I'll scramble one and throw small pieces in there like they do w/ fried rice.
