I notice the cleanliness of this crew workers, gloves in hands, organized and clean area. Plus good soup.

Even if they wear gloves they still transfer bacteria and golves contain bacteria and virus for long time. They only help not to transfer sweat.
The cleanest kitchen/crew is in the India/Pakistan region. Their hands are amazingly clean they dont wear gloves anymore lol.
