The advantages of Europe: Most of the times the nature and historic sites are a short drive around the corner.
Everything is very very accessible. 😁

It’s a skill I’m slowly learning, the Croatians are great teachers 😃

You got a great deal on your rental car!
I have seen quite a bit of Croatia over the years, but haven’t been to Krka National Park. A beautiful destination!
The drive from Split to Dubrovnik is possibly the most beautiful stretch of road that I have ever traveled on. All of the Balkans are fascinating and full of beauty. We continued from Dubrovnik to Sarajevo, traveling through Sutjeska National Park in Bosnia Herzegovina, also a fascinating journey. I’m partial to Bosnia because I spent a year volunteering in Sarajevo. Mostar is also worth visiting.
Is the rest of your itinerary planned, or are you planning as you go?

For the most part my trip is already planned, not day by day but month by month up until September.
I loved the coast and because of the cheap cars I got to see a lot more than I expected, I plan on renting cars whenever I can afford it. It looks like I’m staying in the balkans so being able to rent a car should continue to be possible.

Have you heard of Medjugorje? Its a famous catholic religious site where siteings of the Virgin Mary are taking place. I heard there is a waterfall near there too called Kravica Waterfall, both are in Bosnia. These are 2 places I would love to see. Excellent Video this week! Nice mix of nature & city. I'm so glad you guys are enjoying your adventure;)

I haven’t heard of it no? I hoped to hop into Bosnia but the car rental was way to much, might make it back there in the future though! I’ll definitely remember that. It’s been a blast!
