I was just binge-listening to this album, not knowing the band all that well, and then THIS song comes up! Oh. My. Word. I have NEVER heard a song inspired by Narnia that wasn't in the movie! I have been a fan of Narnia since I was 8 years old, and this song was a quick reminder of all the adventures I had within those books. Absolutely incredible. I am now officially in love with this band.

    Brother, forgive me
We both know I'm the one to blame
    When I saw my demons
I knew them well and welcomed them
I knew them well and welcomed them
    But I'll come around
    Father, have mercy
I know that I have gone astray
    When I saw my reflection
It was a stranger beneath my face
It was a stranger beneath my face
    So I'll come around
    I'll come around
    Someday
    When I touch the water
They tell me I could be set free

      Corey Brown
It makes more sense if you've read Voyage of the Dawn Treader. That was the first book that he was in, and he was very different from how he ended up in The Last Battle. He was a little snot-nosed brat, but he ends up going through a humiliating sequence of events that changes him drastically and makes him realize the error of his ways. It's a bit of a spoiler to explain what actually happens, but this song is pretty much a good representation of what he goes through.

If you are reading this,I just wanted to let you know that you are loved, even if you dont see it from your family or"friends" there is somone who does love you,and is waiting for you to come to him,his arms are open wide, who is this I speak of? Jesus Christ the son of God, who walked on the same ground, been through tears ,sadness, pain grief, BUT over all Joy. People this Jesus is just a fairytale but its so much farther than that. He's not watching form heaven rudely judging you he is waiting ,if only you would accept him.

In Narnia, the prodigal son is represented in the Character of Eustace Scrubb, so in a way you are right
