This popped up on my recommendation feed. Perfect timing to recall what needs to be done. TY

Just a little tip, I read somewhere to store it flat because the rubber mounts between the chassis and the cover distort when stored on its end.

Good tip, I don't remember reading this anywhere, but it wont hurt I guess :)

Its not recommended due to the battery not liking the extreme temperatures, only way to be sure is see how it is when its cutting time again.

Hey great video, really helpful. I've come to get it going for this year and everything is working fine - green light on base station, it works manually and on auto. However it doesn't want to come out of the base station and I can't work out why. No error messages at all. Any ideas? Thanks

I have only had it not want to exit and work from the base is when starting in manual mode.
If you move it off the base and do a manual start does it work? If not, may be an issue with the boundary wire?

@@SpectrumGeeks yeah as soon as its just out of the base it starts in any mode. I've got it whizzing around now but defeats the object of it working by itself long term 🙁

@@Matt-tufc Agreed, so no error message, or beeps or anything, just no movement?

@@SpectrumGeeks when it starts outside of the base it is beeping actually. Then off it goes. Could that be it's not paired up with the base?

@@Matt-tufc I don't have access to mine at the moment (still in hibernation), but from memory there is an option in the menu to tell it to return to base? If so I would try that away from the base and see if it can track down the return to base wire and dock. That may help identify where the problem lies. Even though you have the green light, I would try disconnecting and reconnecting the rear plug for that central cable also.

My base station is buried under snow :(
