I think you are mistaken on the gold you will be getting for those saved quests. I’d bet ya they remove the gold amount when Xp is enabled again so you might get 2 gold in total from all 20

Best way to prepare for phase 2 is to go touch grass, go out with your friends and family, tell you loved ones that you miss spending time with them... and as soon as phase 2 drops, go back to no-lifing!
The thing with doing quests early and delivering them once phase 2 starts, might not be the best option. The thing is that the grind for the quests, give more experience than the actual quest itself. You will still lose out on a lot of exp while doing things early. My advice is stay patient because to get level 60, you need all the experience you can get, including the grind.
True, but depending on the quests the areas will be heavily saturated with players so getting 1-2 lvls ahead and progressing on the quest chain might be more helpful. Its a 50/50 crapshoot, but there's always dungeons if you need to fill in XP gaps

Not nerfed, currently you get more gold because you are "max" level. So the xp you would have gotten gets converted to gold. Next phase you'll get the xp and a smaller amount of gold. It's just a game mechanic.

not turning in quests at 25 is just throwing away gold since everyone is gonna be dungeon farming to avoid crowded questing zones

I really hope they make P1 quests not leak into P2. The amount of sweat in this lvl 25 bracket is insane.

Mounts will be 100g and riding skill will be 20g before faction and pvp rank discount.
Mounts have been given a reduced cost. It's around 40g for both combined now.
