Let’s Reroot TWO G1 Cleo DeNile Dolls! 🪲💛 Fixing Up My Friend’s Old Monster High Dolls!

It feels like it has been FOREVER since I’ve posted but really it’s been like a lil over a week 😅
I have been working on rerooting these two Cleo DeNile dolls for a friend of mine who is OBSESSED with G1 Cleo.
Today I’m fixing up Core Cleo and Fearleading Cleo and giving them both brand new heads full of new Saran hair!
Older Monster High dolls can experience glue seepage due to the type of glue Mattel used to use to seal the hair in the head.
These two dolls both experienced some glue seepage, with Fearleading being much more egregious compared to Core Cleo.
I’m rerooting these for a friend so they can be fixed up and restored, and hopefully cherished for many years to come!

I love the box art! The Spectra art is so cute and I love the Monster Fest packaging. I’m very eager to get my hands on all the new G3 dolls 😍

The glue era of Mattel is ridiculous 🙄 they knew it was a problem and they kept using it for I think 5 years? So annoying...lol 😂
Oh it’s so bad! Fearleading especially, but it’s ok because they get to now live a new life with some fresh hair haha
