These simple cupcakes are soft and so easy to make and are very tasty.

▶Ingredients (for 6 pieces)
Flour 125 g (1 cup)
Baking powder 1 tsp
Sugar 75 g (1/3 cup)
1 pinch of salt
Vegetable Oil 35 ml (3 Tbsp)
warm water 125 ml (35-40°C) (1/2 cup)
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
▶Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-35 minutes

Yes, you can use the steamer method, just be sure to cover the lid of the pan with a napkin.
