They turned out so good. With the best consistency ever. There was a bit too much cocoa for my liking but they may still be the best marble cupcakes I've ever eaten, vegan or not. 🙂👍
I'm thinking, if i was to replace the water with oat milk or other non-dairy milk, do i then need to add apple cider vinegar for it to curdle? Some vegan muffin recipes emphasize on using something acidic (pH value of 2/3) to curdle the milk.
There is no baking soda in the recipe. An acid is therefore not required to activate it. However, i don't know if by curdling the milk, this improves the texture of the cupcakes...I have not tested this. Thank you.

Yes, You can bake the cupcakes without cupcake liners. Please, oil the cupcakes pan before adding the batter, so that the cupcakes do not stick to the pan. Thank you
