And they say Karate Kid 3 makes no sense
You got a good point, i guess that fighting for Kumikos life as well as for his own made him snap out of it.
@@magnuslundberg9675 now the only way Karate Kid 3 would make sense is if Daniel got PTSD like Sam in Cobra Kai. Everytime he fights Mike all he sees is Chozen and that makes him Freeze
@@magnuslundberg9675 lets not forget chozen was seriously angry and wasnt fighting with a leveled head. If you actually look up the 2nd rule of miyagi do karate i know he says "First rule number 1" but the paper actually says "Always have a sound mind" which daniel clearly did to an extent of the fear hed felt and chozen was broken by anger and was just lashing out and thus why he lost but still put a serious hurting on him and probably gave daniel ptsd for KK3
@@abdulbah2176 thats how i always saw it but the ptsd didnt kick in til barnes kicks jessica in that cuz barnes reminded him of chozen and how he would attack a woman and not care and that made him freeze when he really shoulda beat barnes.
Barnes saw the weakness and broke daniel mentally thats how barnes wins he demoralizes his opponents and once he sees it he exploits and beats their asses.
The drum technique helped.
1st One To Land A Hit On Miyagi!
Chozen glued that stick together and used it in Cobra Kai S5 lol.
When Mr. Chozen asks you a question, it behooves you to answer quickly, Danny Boy.
Chozen loses and then kicks a lamppost as an act of coward. 😂
9/10 you are what you accuse your opponent of being.
2:02 People use this scene to assert that Chozen is the only one who's ever landed a hit against Mr. Miyagi lol!
I think Chozen was the most physically intimidating opponent for Daniel. Chozen was shredded.
That's why it made absolutely no sense why Larusso was so terrified of Mike Barnes.
Chozen's redemption arc is wholesome. From a mindless sadist, to a wise, seasoned, and frankly hilarious, karate master.
But he aged terribly, Daniel is the only one who seems to have conquered aging, barely looks over 35. All the rest aged like spoilt milk, including Kumiko, she look terribly old now, Miaygi would be like 90 now.
Now looking back I never realized how evil Chozen was! Comparing this to Cobra Kai is so funny
That is character development for you.
Those kicks and punches wouldn't tear through a wet paper bag
Cobra Kai Season 5 will be a team up of Danny Boy Lapusso, Johnny Lawrence and Chozen Larusso. In the 80s we never expected that a reunion of these 3 will happen.
when miyagi did this to Mike, Mike called Miyagi a Buda Head when he was running off and almost got killed by a train
lol that would have been hilarious to viewers if Myagi was a supporting characters 😂😂
Miyagi starts fight with a groin shot, LOL!
That spear is most likely a relic from the Axis Powers...
This should have been part 3 and part two should have been part 3. How does Daniel fight to the death in 2 and is scared shitless like he has never been in a fight in part 3
I see your point, but "Glory of Love" wouldn't have fit for III.
Cuz daniel has ptsd in part 3 thats pretty much obvious when barnes kicked jessica and it reminded daniel of chozen cuz he was willing to do horrible stuff to kumiko.
i love karate kid of 1986 🥋
2:26 - Mr. Miyagi is all "Give me one good reason."
Chozen was so ruthless, i like how Karate Kid went Dragon Ball Z route in Cobra Kai, most all his enemies are now his friends. Sorta.
2:03 the only time someone managed to land a hit on miyagi
