    Hello Nancy. U are fantastic with explaining how to make this beautiful bread. My mom (now 91 years old) also made fantastic bread. My parents live in Mississauga, Ont put originally from the acores PICO.
    I'm living now 23 years in Portugal no Continente. (BARCELOS)
    JUST ONE QUICK QUESTION . YOUR MEASURING CUPS FOR THE DRY INGREDIENTS IS THE SMALL PLACTIC MEASURING CUP WHICH ONE CUP IS 250ML?
    Or u measure everything in that big glass with measurements that the milk was in .

      Hi Darlene. Thank you so much for your kind words.🥰 I measure the dry ingredients with my dry ingredient cups. The measurements of my cups for dry ingredients are as follows:
      1 cup - 250ml
      1/2 cup - 125 ml
      1/3 cup - 80 ml
      1/2 cup - 60 ml
      For the liquid ingredients - for e.g. milk I use the big glass measuring cup you see on the video.
      I hope I answered your question.

    Can't wait to try this. When you make a single massa, you mixed the yeast mixture in your stand mixer but not when you made the 3 massa's and the 6 massa's, was there a reson for this. Thanks

      Hi Connie.. thank you🥰 I leave it in the pan for about 10-15 minutes and then I remove the massa from the pan and place on a tablecloth and let it cool.

    My dough was still sticky in am, it rise’s beautiful but hard to form in pans . What should I have done

      place vegetable shortening in your hands to form the dough in the pans. it helps. 👍🏻
